Great Holiday

This property is in a fantastic location (on the beach within a minute), all local amenities just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need in it for a very comfortable stay. Rocio (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with, any questions we had were answered quickly and with an informative reply, our rental experience ran smoothly from start to finish thanks to Rocio. Perfect location

Stayed here for 1 week 5th-12th October 2019 The location of the apartment could not be better, it is practicallly on Las Vistas beach, well about 50 meters away if that!! Everything you need is on your doorstep or a very short stroll away, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars etc. Perfectly located so that you walk in either direction to Los Christianos or Las Americas. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you need. We stayed in October and the weather was unusually hot, unfortunately there is no air con and only one floor fan which was in the living area, it was quite warm at night and can imagine it being very hot in the summer months. That said, we new this before we booked. The apartment is not facing the sun so this helps. Our 6ft 1" son struggled with the size of the beds in the twin room but we pushed them together to make do. The owner Rocio lives downstairs and she was so helpful and always at hand without us feeling that she was watching our every move. There are some beautiful restaurants within a 2 minute walk, Carisma, practically 50 mtrs away stood out for us, international tapas and innovative cocktails are not to be missed, however is you prefer a simpler cuisine there is also plenty of choice very close by. All in all i would happily stay here again, the location and cleanliness trump all.
