Located in the centre of Las Americas, the Andorra Apartment offers two swimming pools with lifeguard, one of which is heated, a bar and a poolside restaurant.
The completely renovated flat consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds; a living room with an American kitchen, a bathroom and a large private terrace.
In the case of 2 guests the use of the second bedroom is only on request and subject to an extra charge to be agreed upon.
Weekly we provide towels and bed linen.
Flat accessories
Lounge/ Kitchen: oven, fridge, microwave, Lavazza "A Modo Mio" coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher, flat screen TV with international channels.
Bathroom: washing machine, hair dryer, drying rack.
Bedroom: iron and ironing board.

The flat is located opposite the main bus stop in Las Americas and the Shopping Centre; less than 100 metres from the supermarket, shops and restaurants; 150 metres from the seafront promenade, Playa de Las Vistas and Playa del Camison; 200 metres from the famous "Golden Mile" and the Hard Rock Café; and 250 metres from the Hospiten Sur University Hospital.
The flat is also 18 km from Tenerife Sur Airport and about 4 km from Las Américas Golf Course.

Thank you for your feedback.
It is an apartmet, not an hotel room. As the large part of guests do not like to be disturbed during their stay I left the opportunity to use the washing machine instead to have people that goes around the apartment cleaning and changing linen.
I left all my contact details (email, whatsapp, vrbo messages) and there was always available the guy who checked you in. It was enough to ask and in a very short time you would be satisfied.
Concerning the elevatori it is clearly stated that there is not the elevator and that the apartment is at second floor: I cannot inderstand what is wrong.
Anyway, thank you to have left the apartment in good conditions. That's why I left a very good review for yourselves

Bad voucher in the sitroom, bad table outside.
No salon table in room.
Matras in the bed did not fit, not the right measures.
Too rxpensive, stay in Andorra is Chea-er and with breakfast inclusive.
Only two towels for two weeks and no cleaning.

I am very sorry and disappointed. It is an apartment, not an hotel room: I offered the cleaning service but not for free.
I gave 2 further sets of bed linen, the possibility to use washing machine, I open the second room to be used for your things, I accept to anticipate the check-in in the morning, while is foreseen at 4pm everything for free.
There is a table inside the apartment and 1 outside in the terrace, as shown in the pictures.
The mattress is perfect for the bed: nobody complaints about it.
You knew the price since you booked the apartment: I wonder why you did not stay at the hotel.
