One bedroom well equipped apartment close to Brighton and London Road rail stations. Ideal base for events in Brighton. An easy walk into the centre of town and its many attractions including The North Laine (The Lanes), Royal Pavilion, Theatres, Palace Pier, Aquarium, Sea Front. Close to Preston Park and easy access from London via the A23. Ten minute walk from Brighton station or conveniently located for London Road station.

The space

Newly renovated, charming and bright one bedroom flat with own front door in a Victorian building in central Brighton with kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio and sitting room. The ideal base for your Brighton adventure. Quiet, cosy, and close to the city centre. It is the perfect base for a Brighton stay.

Sitting Room
Comfy sofa in a sunny south facing sitting room with smart tv, DVD player and Netflix. There is a cosy armchair and plenty of books about Brighton and its history. There is also a dining table and chairs for meals which can be extended for friends.

Bedroom

The quiet bedroom at the rear of the property has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer and beautiful mirror for getting ready in the mornings. The comfortable king size bed has white professionally laundered linen and hypoallergenic bedding. Towels are provided as part of your stay.

Kitchen
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and board.
There is a nespresso coffee machine and all of the utensils and cookware you could need for your stay

Bathroom
There is a white suite with bath over shower and a mirrored cabinet. Complimentary toiletries are provided as part of your stay.

Patio
Private patio at the rear is a good spot for a cup of coffee in the mornings.


The flat is accessed via a lockbox and guests have independent and exclusive use of the flat when they stay.

The flat is managed by my daughter, who lives nearby.

Wonderful stay. Flat was exactly as pictured. Sunny and bright, with a wonderful kitchen. It is in a quiet residential area, yet very close to anything you may need.Owners very responsive. One thing to note, entrance to flat requires using some very narrow stairs, just noting incase of mobility issues. We had no problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little flat in a good location. This glat has everything you need to stay for a few days or for the week. Please make sure you ask for the paeking permits before arriving otherwise you will struggle to find parking but for £5 a day, i could not complain. The living room was cosy and the bedroom very comfortable. 30 minutes away from the seafront and 16 mins from the lanes makes it a good location for a fair price.

Property is just as described and property manager was very responsive when I needed help with parking. If you are driving don’t forget to request parking pass up front. Everything was good.

Urlaub ohne Auto in Brighton

Zum ersten Mal seit vielen Jahren haben wir das Auto im Urlaub zu Hause gelassen. Dazu passte die Lage des Appartements perfekt: 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Supermarkt, 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof, knapp 30 Minuten zum Strand. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig, die Einrichtung komplett bis hin zu einem Schuhputzset. Unsere Frage nach einem Wäscheständer wurde umgehend mit der Lieferung beantwortet. Mit der Bahn dauert die Fahrt nach London-Innenstadt eine gute Stunde - ohne Stau und Parkplatzsuche. Ganz herzlichen Dank an die Vermieterin für ihren Beitrag zu einem wirklich schönen Urlaub.

Ideal spot for a base with everything in Brighton and Hove within easy reach. Very clean and tidy, all the information and amenities we needed. Patio area is quiet and private and the flat is very bright and airy. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Cosy and convenient

This is a great place for short or long visits to Brighton. We were in Brighton to visit family and were here for almost 3 weeks so it was a great base for us. We were very comfortable here and slept well each night. The flat is in great condition and in a good location for walking or public transport options. We had a hire car and used parking vouchers, however finding parking nearby can be difficult and so a car is not really necessary with buses and trains within a short walk. We really enjoyed our time in this lovely flat and would highly recommend it to others.

Home comfort in tasteful flat, Brighton.

We, ( husband John and myself ) were extremely impressed with Emily’s Flat. Spotlessly clean and well presented with everything we could possibly have needed. The artwork was particularly impressive, lovely restful pieces, lots of birds.! Nice. Very comfortable bed which was much appreciated after a 29 hr flight from NZ. Nous avons été très charmé par ce très bel appartement proche de la gare de Brighton et du centre ville.En plus d'être joliment décoré, l'appartement est très bien équipé.La literie est aussi de grande qualité.le petit patio est aussi agréable pour prendre un petit déjeuner par beau temps.C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix.Les propriétaires ont aussi été très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions avant notre arrivée.Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.
