The apartment is in a newly built detached house but with separate entrance. It has a living room with sofa bed, Smart-TV, free wifi and a kitchenette, equipped with kitchenware and utensils, refrigerator and microwave, a bedroom overlooking the courtyard and bathroom. It has a double bed (150 cm) and a very comfortable sofa bed, also double (140 cm). Ideal for a couple with two or three children (there is an extra bed for small children) or two couples.
The apartment is located in the center of Granada but in a quiet street, halfway between the Palacio de Congresos and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. The streets are surrounded by tapas and shopping areas, including El Corte Inglés and a Mercadona.
From the apartment you can go on foot to most monuments of Granada and leisure areas (Alhambra, Cathedral, Plaza Nueva, Science Park). Nearby are taxi stands, urban buses, the bus to the airport and the tourist train, which offers a tour of the main places of interest (Alhambra, Albaycin, Plaza Nueva, etc.)

Great Appartment in central Granada

We enjoyed our stay very much, the appartment was clean, the Kirchen had everything we needed. The location is great very close to the Centre with nice tapas bars around the corner :)

Right in the heart of Granada

For just over one month I lived in this clean and cosy Apartment in a quiet cobblestone lane.I was there for private work (laptop) and sightseeing as well.I found all sightseeings including Albacin and the Alhambra complex etc. in a fairly walking distance as well as cafes and Tapas bars.The apartment is clean has a comfortable king size bed, a good shower and well equipped kitchen. I felt welcome by the landlords. Everything was just fine,so I would love to come back one day.

Can't get any better

You can find a larger place easily but it will be very difficult to find a better located, equipped and overall place. From here you can get anywhere and find anything you need within few minutes walking distance... metro, buses, etc, shops, restaurants, etc are plentiful within 2 mins walking, cathedral, Alhambra and others within few more minutes, and an extra added value is the quietness and tranquility of this location while being so downtown. Our host was really friendly and helped us with everything we needed, and added some extra small details to the place... coffee, tea, cold water, spices, etc... just simple but perfect for a weekend or a bit larger stay.
