1 The Coach House, St Ives

1 The Coach House is a 3-bedroom house that is just a 10-minute walk from Porthminster beach, St Ives. It sleeps 5 in a single bedroom, a king size bedroom and a ground floor garden bedroom that can either be a super king bed (in width only) or twin beds. There is a family shower room on the ground floor with shower and WC. The king size bedroom on the first floor has an ensuite with bath/ shower over.

The living room has a gas fire for the chillier days and the kitchen is super equipped to cater for a family’s holiday. There is a separate dining room with ample room to sit a family of 5. The sea views from the living room are spectacular!

There is an enclosed terrace area with some outdoor furniture that leads off the master bedroom and down steps from the dining room balcony.

1 The Coach House is very conveniently located on the main road into St Ives.

Porthminster beach is 10 minutes’ walk away downhill and the town centre and harbour is just 15 minutes on foot.

2 x well-behaved dogs are accepted. A pet fee applies of £50 per pet per week which we collect from guests once the property is booked (terms and conditions apply).

There is free WiFi throughout the house.

2 parking spaces are provided for your stay and are directly outside the holiday home.

All bed linen, bath towels and utilities are included in the rate.

Beautiful Apartment

A lovely apartment that has everything you need, with great access to coastal walks to St Ives and Carbis bay, it’s a steep walk as you’d expect & has plenty of benches to rest. The apartment is on the main road onto St Ives we found it a little too noisy for our taste, sitting outside was not relaxing for us.

Brilliant home and location

This is our second year visiting StIves and we loved the location of 1coach house. 10min walk to porthminster beach and gin bar, lots of short cut routes( shorter cuts are pretty steep routes) Great view and lovely apartment would defo stay here again . We had us a sml dog and 4 teenagers then half way through the week the teenagers went and inlaws stayed and suited us all.

Beautiful Property would Stay again 100%

We loved our stay, each bedroom is lovely, all modern appliances, the view is beautiful, great heating, great showers, so comfy. Could not fault it! Steep walk to the beach but it’s stunning so we got the exercise in! X St ives is amazing and we had a brilliant spa experience at Una Spa which isn’t far away. Top tip.. book restaurants in advance

October break

Walked into the Coach House and had immediate wow factor. We stay in St Ives every October half term, and the weather this year was pretty awful, but we still didn’t want to leave this lovely place. The house was lovely, the town as lovely as ever, and Orange Roofs really ensure we were sorted. Even ensured we could stay for rugby final if we needed to. Thank you.

Long weekend break

The property is superbly situated near the town. The property itself is stunning inside and out. Everything you need from Sonos music streaming, sky and WiFi. Superb views from the lounge. Will definitely come back. Dog friendly also which is great.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist modern eingerichtet, hat bequeme Betten und eine sehr gute Zimmeraufteilung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Gorgeous property

Stayed here for a week over the Easter holidays, and we were really pleased with this gorgeous apartment. All the fixtures and fittings were excellent quality and the apartment was really well equipped. The view is super, and if you’re lucky with the weather the bi-fold door can be drawn right back! It’s a short walk into St Ives, with lots of different route options. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending this apartment.
