This is a picture-perfect Cornish retreat, ideal for families and friends and within walking distance to all the restaurants, boutique shops and galleries found in this beautiful seaside town. Del Mar has everything you need for that special break all year round, a real home from home.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is located on the middle floor.
The lounge area has a large comfy corner sofa, a signature relaxing chair and a large Smart TV. With bifold doors that open onto a balcony with a table and chairs, you can enjoy the breathtaking sea views from the comfort of the lounge or enjoy a sundowner on the balcony and watch the beautiful sunrises across the Atlantic.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large in-built fridge/freezer, an electric double oven and induction hob, dishwasher, and wine fridge.
The large dining table comfortably seats up to six guests and is perfect for large family dinners and that special occasion.
There is a separate utility room on the ground floor with a washer/dryer machine.
The large master bedroom is located on the top floor, offering a king-sized bed with stunning sea views which can be enjoyed whilst sitting in bed through the impressive floor to ceiling Apex windows. There is a Smart TV, a dressing table/desk area, small Nespresso coffee machine and a walk-in wardrobe with ample storage. The Apex windows are fitted with electronic black out blinds to assist your perfect nights’ sleep.
There is also an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash-hand basin, and WC.
The second bedroom is located on the ground floor with a king-sized bed, ample storage, Smart TV, a dressing table/desk area, small Nespresso coffee machine and gorgeous sea views which can be enjoyed from the balcony which has direct access to the garden.
The third bedroom, also on the ground floor, has two single beds and ample storage
There is a family bathroom on the ground floor with a bath and overhead shower, WC, wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.
On the top floor there is an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash-hand basin, and WC.
On the middle floor there is also a cloakroom with a wash-hand basin, and WC.
Off the ground floor king bedroom, you’ll find a wonderful garden terrace, an ideal spot for your morning coffee. This leads on to a delightful private garden with gas BBQ, a wonderful area for children to play and enjoy the Cornish sunshine.

Our party of 6 had a lovely stay at this property. The views are amazing! The house had everything you could need and even provided soap. We stayed over Easter and had a lovely time. Good sized rooms and all mod cons! The only comment I would make is that the key safe outside was really difficult to open and close - maybe it needs a bit of attention.
