About this property

Holiday house on the Ile d'Oleron

House completely renovated in 2019.
This house will welcome you and your family or friends so that you have a great vacation.

It is a two-story house

First floor composed of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with double sinks and bath, 1 shower room with single sink and shower and 1WC.
The first bedroom is equipped with a 160cm bed,
The second, of a 140cm bed,
The third, a 140cm bed and a 90cm drawer bed
The fourth, with 2 bunk beds (4 * 90cm) and a 90cm drawer bed.

The ground floor is composed of a living room with 2 sofas, a living room with a large table that can accommodate 12 people, a US kitchen, a pantry, a WC and a 15m² garage.

The house is on a fully enclosed plot of 280m² with an outdoor terrace of 30m² (land and terrace will be redone in April).

The house is located 400m² from the center of St GEORGES (tobacco, convenience store, bakery, hairdresser, restaurant) and 1800 meters from the very beautiful beach of FOULEROT (See photo).

It is also 5 minutes from the great LECLERC of St PIERRE.

Sheets can be rented (€ 10 for large beds and € 5 for small beds).

Cleaning is the responsibility of tenants but possibility of having it done (100 €).

Très agréable séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir l'île. La maison est très confortable, très bien agencée, bien placée et dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour celles et ceux qui veulent profiter des vacances pour faire un peu de cuisine. La communication avec Damien est fluide et rapide. N' hésitez pas à réserver.

Bon séjour

Maison très confortable, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée. Elle est bien située et permet de rayonner facilement dans l'île.A 9 avec 4 enfants tout s'est bien passé. Arrivée et départ en autonomie.Hôte a l'écoute, disponible et précis dans ces réponses. Aucune mauvaise surprise par rapport aux photos et descriptifs. Nous recommandons sans soucis.

Très belles vacances sur l'île d'oléron !

Belle maison, bien placée avec un magnifique parc pour les enfant à proximité. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les pistes cyclables des environs. Hôte très disponible et réactif. Nous recommandons !

Une maison super ,TRÈS TRÈS bien équipée, un propriétaire tres sympa , des chambres spacieuses, lit de bébé barrière pour escaliers , une salle d eau et une salle de bain, toilettes à chaque étages une cuisine tres bien équipée cafetière tassimo et une cafetière filtre four friteuse Jolie terrasse meme si le temps ne nous a pas permis d en profiter Merci pour cet agréable séjour Jeux pour enfants meme une table de ping-pong

La maison est agréable et très bien équipée. Nous étions 10 et avions largement assez d’espace pour être à l’aise. Le propriétaire est très sympa et facilement joignable. Bref, c’était très bien !

Une grande maison pour un séjour en famille.

Grande maison très bien équipée et adaptée pour le nombre annoncé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré le fait que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter du jardin et des équipements extérieurs du fait du temps pluvieux.

La mer est à 10 minutes en vélo. Jardin clos. Environnement calme. Possibilité de prendre les repas à l'ombre. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en compagnie de nos enfants et petits-enfants qui etaient ravis. M et JY Henry

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans ce gîte, très bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, matériel de puériculture, jeux pour enfants, vélos, jeux de plage, trousse de secours etc...) Nous avons profité des navettes gratuites pour accéder aux plages, accessibles au centre du village (5-10 minutes de marche) Un point à revoir: la grande table extérieur est HS

Maison fonctionnelle très bien équipée

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Les vélos nous ont permis de profiter de belles ballades. La maison est bien située dans une partie tranquille de l'île près de toutes les commodités. Les plages sont magnifiques. Le propriétaire bien qu'absent est très attentif à que tout se passe bien.
