A very private, modern villa with spectacular views. Decorated to a good standard, comprising of 4 large bedrooms, open plan lounge, dining room & fully equiped kitchen. Outside, the villa has a swimming pool (option to heat) & is surrounded with landscaped gardens & terraces for private sun bathing. Wifi, TV system with UK channels, sports channels & films available in over 20 languages. Parking available. Located a 15 minute drive to Las Americas, beaches & golf course. Car hire is essential.

This modern villa is very private, has spectacular views and is situated in Los Menores - Adeje. The property is decorated to a good standard and comprises of 4 large bedrooms, a spacious open plan lounge and dining room and fully fitted kitchen with all utensils. Outside the villa has a heated swimming pool. It is surrounded with landscape gardens as well as a terrace for private bathing. The villa also has unlimited internet use, satelite TV system with channels from various countries, including UK, sports channels, latest films available in over 20 languages. Selection of books & board games. Parking is also available outside the villa. The villa is 15 minute drive from Las Americas, the beach and a golf course. No shops or restaurants within walking distance. A hire car is essential.

This villa worked perfectly for my family and I: in a beautiful location, with great views, and not too far to drive to shops, restaurantsother attractions. We had only a few minor issues during our stay (i.e. the dishwasher tipped slightly when opened many of the kitchen knives were quite blunt and there could have been more coffee cups). I think it would also benefit if there were a door for the basement bedroom. However, I know they are soon updating the villa, and even with these minor issues, we had a great holiday here. I'd definitely stay there again.

Leider waren die Online Versprechungen nicht die Realität!

Das Haus war bei Ankunft in einem schmutzigen und muffigen Zustand! Alle Schränke in den Schlafräumen, Bädern und in der Küche verschmutzt. Die Bettwäsche war muffig und zusätzliche Decken nicht verwendbar! Absolut leidenschaftslose Vermietung! Außenbereich voller Unkraut , Sonnenschirme nur Müll und Auflagen für die Sonnenstühle verdreckt. Sonstige Sitzgelegenheiten eher aus dem Sperrmüll! Alles wurde von uns am ersten Tag geputzt und zeitnah reklamiert! Das vierte Schlafzimmer war der angebliche Fitnessraum ,,ohne Tür ????? Das Masterbadezimmer war ein Biotop für Würmer und mit defekten sanitären Gegenständen! Das war alles sehr ärgerlich, weil man einen schönen Aufenthalt anders beschreibt! Die Aussage der Besitzer lässt keine Veränderungen zu bedeutet. dass man dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen darf! Eigentlich habe ich nur den halben Frust aufgeschrieben
