Beautiful 3 Bedroom Air Conditioned Villa With Private Pool - Amarilla Golf
Our beautiful villa is set in a private, quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. There are gardens with tropical trees and flowers surrounding the villa with terraces all around the property. There is an outdoor eating area with a large table and 6 chairs and a terrace overlooking the large private swimming pool (10m X3.5m) with low level sofas and a coffee table. There are also 6 very comfortable sun loungers and a BBQ. There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite, a newly fitted kitchen and bathrooms. David and Kathleen live near Newcastle upon Tyne in England. Dave is quite new to Tenerife, but Kathy has been coming to Tenerife for over 30 years and still loves it. She has made friends with people who live out there and she speaks reasonably good Spanish.
Why they chose this property
We bought our lovely villa on Amarilla Golf because we love the green and open space of the Golf course and the quiet surroundings. It is so peaceful and relaxing. Because it is our second home we have designed and decorated it with lots of home comforts whilst still keeping it with a Spanish feel. The villa has it's own private pool and along with the sunshine it's the perfect place to escape to. Amarilla Golf has lots for you do do if you want to, but if you just want to unwind and relax, no-one will bother you either.
What makes this property unique
The villa is only a short walk from the local supermarket, restaurants and bars. You can see the sea from our villa and at the end of our road there is a coastal path leading to the marina. Of course, if you love to play golf, then there is no better place to stay and if you don't play, then you can watch everyone else. We provide towels, beach towels, two hair dryers, linen, UK TV, luxurious sunbeds, a BBQ and your own large private pool. We love our home and we would love you to share in the experience.
