About this property

BEAUTIFUL RENTAL VILLA IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL and for up to 6 people.

LAYOUT: A single floor villa which can be access by stairs. There are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds), an en suite bathroom and a shower room and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a large and cozy living room with a fireplace. The villa has been totally renewed.

EXTERIOR: It has a plot of 1000m2 with lovely gardens and palm trees. A nice pool area and a terrace with modern outdoor furniture from where you can enjoy the afternoon sun with a drink or a swim. There's also a covered barbecue area with a summer kitchen and a large table to have your meals with friends and family, There is parking for your car.

LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area and close to the sea at just 1 km from the magnificent sandy beach of La Fosa, all shops, restaurants and bars. In that municipal area, you will enjoy different sporting activities: climbing, cycling, trekking and all water activities.

OTHER: Air conditioning in two bedrooms and living room. FREE Internet WIFI. PETS NOT ALLOWED.
