Supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop "Parada Bus" 1.3 km, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, digital TV, flat screen, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the loggia. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. 2 rooms, each room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Tranquilidad y bienestar

Las instalaciones y equipamiento muy adecuados para asegurar una estancia agradable . La parte de abajo un poco calurosa por no tener rejas , obligándonos a mantener el salón cerrado . Precisaría de aire acondicionado o instalar rejas Para la seguridad de las ventanas . El estado de la piscina era estupendo y la limpieza de la casa en general al cuando llegamos estaba impecable. Para recomendar la casa.

La casa nos ha encantado. Muy bien equipada. Un poco calurosa la planta baja, pero nos proporcionaron ventiladores (gestión rápida y eficaz). Quizás el colchón de la habitación de abajo un poco incómodo. Piscina muy limpia. Muy recomendable.

Klasse Urlaub

Klasse Haus mit kleinen Mängeln. Z.B. die Spülmaschine war kaputt, wurde aber am nächsten Tag sofort durch eine neue ersetzt. Teilweise altes Mobiliar. Der Zugang zur unteren Wohneinheit/Wohnung ist leider nur von außen möglich. Super Pool und Poolservice, sauberes Haus. Relativ zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuß in 5Min erreichbar, Strand in 15 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

La casa es estupenda, las habitaciones y los baños estan reformados al igual que la planta baja que es como un estudio. La zona del comedor con vistas al peñon de Ifach es genial. En general un 10.

Wir waren zufrieden. Das was uns ein wenig gestört hat war das die Betten ruhig mal entstaubt werden können, es war ein wenig ekelig an den Rahmen zu greifen und man danach voller Staub war. Ansonsten bei der Ankunft wurden wir Top empfangen tolles Personal.

Wir sind absolut begeistert. Alles war stimmig und wir haben uns richtig gut erholt. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht und das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Danke, dass wir so einen erholsamen Urlaub erleben durften.
