Back entrance terrace. 50 sqm terrace on the front, equipped barbecue, sauna and 7-seater jacuzzi. Outdoor shower, Sun-deck with deckchairs. ADJOINING ANNEX (just 15 meters from the terrace): 35 sqm with living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, infrared sauna for 2, fully equipped kitchen. Storage room with safe and washing machine. Full bathroom with sensory lights in the shower. RELAX AREA: (in front of the Annex) Area equipped with umbrellas with sofa and armchairs, hammock and sunbed.
The two kitchens are complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates and oven, wine cellar, toaster, blender, water purifier, milk frother, capsule coffee machine, American coffee machine, microwave.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, in total for 8 people. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi, televisions (5 smart TVs), washing machines in each unit, air conditioning, safe, private parking. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, (towels and bed linen for the entire duration of the stay, for an extra fee). The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. Take care, you are welcome. You can stay for a maximum of 29 consecutive nights.



By choosing villa Magdala, you can reach the island's main beaches just 1400 meters away, 4 minutes by car. Also new this year is the arrival of Donkey! Young and friendly Sardinian donkey that is located in the large fenced plot, 120 meters from the annex, in its privacy.
Free use of the Jacuzzi, to be used mainly in the evening (water at 38 degrees). Regenerating. ATTENTION: This is NOT a children's pool. It should be used under parental control. Definitely suitable for ages 6 and up. It's a SPA.

La Maddalena offers a lot in terms of excursions, the sea and the historic center just 7 minutes from the house.
We will put you in touch, if necessary, with qualified people for the rental of a dinghy (possibility of mooring at Cala Spalmatore at 1,300 meters) or for a trip to the special islands.
