Wonderful experience

The property was magnificent and a wonderful example of indoor / outdoor living on the Costa Smeralda. The views were breathtaking!

Spectacular View and Close to Porto Cervo!

This home is great for families! A short drive into Porto Cervo, a lovely shared pool, lots of outdoor space to eat and play for kids, and the view is absolutely spectacular! Every morning it takes your breath away. Supermarkets are very close. I would recommend staying here again and again!

Wspaniały widok i stylowe miejsce

Nieruchomość jest pięknie położona, ze wspaniałym widokiem. Współdzielony przez 6 domów basen jest w zupełności wystarczający. Dom jest stylowo umeblowany i dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo przyjemny. Ogromny, zadaszony, bardzo ładny, funkcjonalnie i elegancko umeblowany taras, z fantastycznym widokiem, jest centrum życia domu. Dom posiada 3 świetne, 2-osobowe sypialnie. Warto wiedzieć, że 4-ta sypialnia jest maleńka (4m2, plus łazienka), w przyziemiu i ma piętrowe łóżko. Może się nadawać dla dzieci, ale trzeba wiedzieć, że ma osobne wejście z tarasu. Minusy: - bardzo stara, rozpadająca się zmywarka - stara lodówka, która kiepsko chłodzi - osobiste rzeczy właścicieli (lub pozostawione przez poprzednich gości) zostały zebrane i wciśnięte w dużym nieładzie na górne półki w szafach (lub w komodach), co nie robi dobrego wrażenia. Podobnie czyste ręczniki i pościele - choć dostępne w dużej ilości, to byle jak poskładane - powinny być zaletą, ale nie robią dobrego wrażenia. To wszystko to jednak drobiazgi, gdyż pobyt był bardzo udany, a dom bezsprzecznie jest bardzo ładny i godny polecenia. To był wspaniały wypoczynek.

Proprietaria disponibile e cortese, la villa era in ordine e pulita, inverter in casa perfetti (anche come riscaldamento, dato il periodo). Un solo appunto, lo stabile viene affittato per 8 persone (3 camere da letto con 3 bagni), peccato la depandance…è stata descritta in un certo modo, ma purtroppo per due persone adulte non è vivibile, in quanto molto molto ridotta nei suoi spazi.
