Charming country house with a magnificent view over the sea and islands. Located in a very quiet area and with all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday. Private garden and swimming pool.



There are 2 houses in this private complex, both with 3 bedrooms, composed as follows:

House 1:

•Ground Floor - Bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom

•Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom

•Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom

House 2:

•Ground Floor - Bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom

•Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom

•Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom



All the bedrooms have air conditioning.



The kitchen is open space, spacious and fully equipped with dishwasher machine, microwave and all essential appliances.

There is games room in the basement with a snooker table for guest’s entertainment.

For cooler days the underfloor heating and fireplace will help to contribute to a more comfortable and romantic atmosphere.

A flat screen TV with cable channels and an internet connection with Wi-Fi will help you to keep up to date and connected to the world.



The location is perfect to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside, to explore the culture, cuisine and natural beauty of this area. One of the highlights of this beautiful country house is the view, it is difficult to remain indifferent to the sights of the sea, the islands and the Ria Formosa.

The swimming pool is private and is about 11 meters long by 5 meters wide and with depths of between 1 and 2 meters.

The charcoal barbecue is conveniently placed near the outdoor dining table, together with the rest of the outdoor furniture.

- Groups aged 25 or under may be subject to a refundable security deposit.

- Quiet hours are mandatory from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

- Events, pets, and unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.

- Moving furniture or equipment is not allowed.

- Excessive rubbish must not be left.

- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

- Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.

- Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.

How to spoil the vacations

The house commodities, view and quietness Check in was confusing, check out was terrible with a group of people entering the propriety. It is unnecessary to say that a check out at 10 am is not a standard in any place and should not go unnoticed. As many as good things the house has ( it does have, although overvalued) this is the last memory we take. We apprecite to be contacted although we will engage in appropriate complaint through official channels.

Superbe villa!

Nous remercions nos hôtes pour leur accueil. Nous avions un peu peur de la proximité de la nationale et de l’aéroport de Faro, finalement aucun des deux nous a gêné, un calme appréciable. Au centre ville, à proximité, on trouve tout ! Encore merci
