Bien hormis bruit

Situation très bien par rapport à la mer et au cinque terre à faire en train. La location aurait pu être bien s'il n'y avait pas eu des travaux de constructions à côté du lundi au dimanche. Très bruyant et dérangeant.

I nostri ospiti avevano prenotato per due persone ma hanno ospitato sempre amici senza comunicarcelo. Quando vi siamo accorti della costante presenza di persone non dichiarate abbiamo, come impone la legge, chiesto i documenti e il pagamento. Questo forse non è stato gradito, ma i gestori di strutture recetti e non possono permettere, a maggior ragione in periodo di pandemia, che persone sconosciute e non dichiarate permangano in struttura.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Ligurien

Wir haben in dem beschriebenen Haus einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist für maximal vier Personen geeignet, ansonsten würde es in den beiden Schlafzimmern und der Wohn- Küche sehr schnell eng. Es gibt im Garten mehrere Möglichkeiten zum sitzen. Zum Spielen für kleinere Kinder ist der Garten eher nicht geeignet. Der italienisch sprechende Vermieter wohnt mit im Haus und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der sehr schöne freie Strand ist zu Fuß gut in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ort Deiva Marina ist für einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub geeignet. Es gibt in naher Umgebung viele Geschäfte, die einen mit allem notwendigen versorgen. Sucht man mehr Abwechslung und Angebote, ist man in 30 Minuten in Sestri Levante. Man kann in 60 Minuten in Genua, bzw. in 90 Minuten in Lucca sein.

Cadre de vie agréable et typiquement italien, avec ses petites ruelles, son linge aux fenêtres...

L'appartement est très spacieux avec ses 2 grandes chambres, sa salle de bains et une grande pièce principale. L'extérieur est agréable avec un espace mis à disposition pour se détendre, un espace pour stationner la voiture et un local avec machine à laver. Le gentil monsieur qui nous a reçu s'est montré très attentionné durant tout notre séjour même si nous n'avons pas vraiment pu communiquer puisqu'il ne parlait qu'Italien et nous, seulement français et anglais. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter la région et notamment les cinq terres. Un conseil : laissez votre voiture et utilisez le train. La gare est à 10 mn à pied. Un grand nombre de destinations sont couvertes (Gênes, Pise, Rome, les 5 terres, La Spezia...). C'est un endroit à recommander si vous êtes amateur de mer et de montagne.

L appartement ancien très typique nous a beaucoup plu Retiré ,au calme ,idéal pour bien dormir mais à 10 mn à pied du bord de mer pour prendre un bain après une journée chaude Bref je recommande fortement cet appartement qui propose un extérieur sympathique avec son barbecue. Merci encore à la personne qui nous a accueillis très sympathique.

Très bel endroit!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Deiva Marina! La maison est parfaitement située pour visiter les Cinq Terres, très agréable et très commode avec le train juste à coté! Le propriétaire est adorable, au petits soins pour ses locataires! Deiva Marina est une sympathique station balnéaire familiale! Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Excellent appartment in the villa at the old Deiva (the villa was built 150 years ago, old paintings on the ceilings). Parking place in the garden. No mosquitos. Church bells in the morning (if you sleep with open windows) but on the other hand it is worth to be up early in the summer.
