I understand the guest's complaint. I had specifically asked the previous guest how he felt with the air conditioning and had obtained reassurance. Unfortunately this year the temperatures were particularly high and for this reason I have also made available an additional fan to the cooling system; more a guest comes from the North, more sensitive he is to normal Mediterranean temperatures, so it is understandable that he is more sensitive to exceptional temperatures. In light of this experience, it is my intention to remedy the problem for next season. Thanks for the suggestion that is an incentive to improve the level of hospitality.

Andererseits verlieren nicht alle Gäste die Schlüssel zur Wohnung, was zu Unannehmlichkeiten für den Eigentümer führt, aber leider kann das passieren.
