The Studio at West House is a fabulous ground floor apartment with a cool Scandi vibe, perfectly suited for couples looking for the ultimate bolthole. Bo Concept have worked their magic to create a chic open plan space reminiscent of a boutique hotel suite.

Thoughtful touches including a locally sourced welcome hamper, Egyptian cotton towels, luxurious linens, an oversized shower, carefully sourced toiletries and underfloor heating. Well equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances including a combination oven - microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a Samsung washer dryer.

The living area Free WiFi, Smart TV with integral DVD, Bluetooth speaker. A small section of DVD's, books and games are provided if you simply want to kick back and relax.

The Studio at West House is located in the vibrant St Dunstans area of Canterbury, where you can enjoy one of the nearby eateries, sample local produce in the unique Goods Shed Farmers market, or take a 10 minute stroll in to the city centre following in the pilgrims footsteps through the impressive medieval Westgate Tower.

Each of the four apartments at West House are allocated a parking space, if arriving by train it is a 10 minute stroll from Canterbury West Station.

West House is an ideal location to explore Canterbury and all that Kent has to offer, a short drive or train journey away there are famous coastal towns, beaches, pretty villages, castles, galleries and numerous historic sites.

Cute Canterbury Experience

Amazing! Loved staying at this property in Canterbury! The apartment itself was amazing and had everything we needed and more. We were welcomed with a little pack which was a lovely finishing touch! Cleanliness, contact with the property and safety during the pandemic were done excellently. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thanks again!

Fantastic Stay!

Me and my wife stayed at this lovely apartment for 2 nights. Our host Emma, communicated through out. She gave us an upgrade to help celebrate our 1st Wedding Anniversary! We stayed in The Terrace apartment that had a balcony. All the rooms were modern, Nordic feel, spacious with a walk-in powerful shower. There was a lovely hamper on our arrival containing, a bottle of wine, tea/coffee, biscuits, bread and cereals. The location of this apartment is Perfrct! A 10 minute walk into Canterbury and 15 minute drive to all the surrounding seaside towns like Whitstable and Broadstairs. I’ll be staying again!

We have grown up in Canterbury, left a various points and have return and settled with our families, we love the area and all that it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Canterbury is a great city to explore by foot, we were really excited when we had the opportunity to buy the apartments as we think they are in a perfect location for a holiday, close enough to the city but far enough away from the crowds and they work as a great base if you want to explore further afield, you can hop on a train to London or take a drive around the Kentish countryside.

What makes this property unique

One of the best bits about West House was that we were able to work with the fabulous designers at Bo Concept Canterbury, we love the contemporary feel of the apartments and the fact that they still feel homely. Choosing the Bo Concept furniture and accessories made us all want to redecorate our homes.
