Our beautiful granite house dating from 1886. You can spend with family or friends moments very pleasant. Quiet, it is ideal for families with children, surrounded by a fenced park of 4000 m2 and located 400 meters from the popular beach of Sainte Marguerite where access by car is increasingly difficult.
The sandy beach of Sainte Marguerite offers children's beach clubs, a sailing school and non-smoking areas.

sejour Pornivet à l'Avocette

Nous avons été très bien accueillit par Sandrine dans cette petite maison de charme typique de Pornichet dans son superbe parc. A 2 minutes à pied de la plage de Sainte Marguerite et accès proche des commerces en voiture. En plus, lieu très accueillant pour 2 chiens avec parc clos.

Très bon séjour dans une maison très agréable au milieu des pins. Tous ce qu'il faut pour accueillir une famille avec grands enfants. Quartier calme et près de la mer. Jolie balade de la maison jusque Pornichet à pied sur le front de mer. Marché et commerces excellents Excellent accueil et à l'écoute des demandes

Belle villa, superbe parc

Très bonne semaine dans cette maison bien équipée et très agréable. Le jardin/fôret est superbe, on peut s'y balader (toute petite balade, mais quand même, entre deux pluies, c'est apréciable). Très au calme, bonne literie, l'étage chambre+salon isolé était un plus dans notre configuration.

Maison très agréable bien qu'un peu humide parc exceptionnel

Le seul bémol consisterait dans l'équipement extérieur trop vétuste et insuffisant en nombre et un nettoyage approfondi de la terrasse mais c'est une très belle prestation dans un endroit calme et charmant
