Studio in a family house with independent entrace

Independent room with private bathroom. One double bed, refrigerator, and a/c. Simple decoration. The sheets and towels are included as toilet paper.
The room is inside a family house, the owner has her home at the back, and she lives with one small dog.
The house has 3 more studios always with very quiet people renting. We dont accept party people and no noise after 10.
the house is very close to a supermarkets, and 15 min walking to the ocean and the famous 5th av. Around the neighbors there are a couple of local restaurants. Easy access to the public transportation to Tulum and Cancun.
Im all the time available at my phone to answer any question you may have at your stay, Im working all day and I may not see you but the owner (my mom) stay at home more time, she does not speak english but im sure she will call me in case if you need something. Any time you want you can sit at the garden and stay there.
Our dog is very friendly.
