El apartamento no está en primera línea ni mucho menos, está al otro lado de la carretera A332.
El pago de la fianza lo hice con datafono, y tras pasar los días estipulados en el contrato y no devolverme el dinero, tuve que reclamar en varias ocasiones al propietario para que me hiciera la transferencia por el valor de la fianza. Estuve varias semanas esperando por la misma.
También recalcar que cuando entramos en el apartamento ,junto con la persona de la agencia que nos acompaño, del lavaplatos salía espuma a borbotones, y nunca vinieron a solucionarlo, lo solucionamos nosotros tras día y medio esperando al propietario.
Lo único bueno es que el apartamento es igual que en las fotos, y la urbanización muy cuidada y nueva.
