Great location at a reasonable price

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was very convenient to get to Venice by bus. It was also close to the train station and easy bus transport to the airport. Andrea gave us detailed instructions in advance and we did not even need to contact her for anything.

Excellent

Proximity to bus was fantastic. Made it so easy to get into Venice. The blackout blinds made sleeping fantastic. And the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature. Thank you for perfect accommodations.

Where do I begin? Everything about this stay was amazing. Andrea was so helpful and communicative about anything and everything that anyone visiting Venice would need or like to know. The apartment was extremely clean, beautiful, modern and had all the amenities. Just a 10 minute bus ride to Venice, you couldn’t ask for more. Located right by the train station, getting here was simple and easy and just as easy to get into Venice proper. The area was quiet which made for a great nights sleep yet still had places just around the corner for anything you need. If you’re visiting Venice and wanted a place to stay right outside the city, THIS IS THE PLACE! Highly recommended!!!

Andrea est un hôte exceptionnel, qui nous a accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec un voisin bruyant, et il a su le résoudre en seulement dix minutes. Très prévenant et attentif, il a vraiment veillé à notre confort. L’appartement n’est toutefois pas très bien isolé du bruit, mais la climatisation est très efficace et silencieuse, ce qui reste un vrai point positif.
