Large ground floor apartment equipped with all comforts, part of a recently renovated farmhouse. Consisting of a large living room, spacious kitchen and 1 double bedroom and a single bedroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people. The bathroom has a shower and is equipped for disabled people. In the apartment, you will find clean sheets, towels, hairdryer, TV, wifi, and air conditioning. Possibility to make barbecue in the open air, to play ping-pong and take walks. Air conditioning is charged on consumption to be paid at checkout.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Italien. Der Pool war groß genug. Es gab auch genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme für alle Einheiten. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir durften uns sogar an dem vorhandenen Obst bedienen. Die Unterkunft lag zwar etwas abseits, dafür hatten wir aber auch unsere Ruhe.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten wundervolle 10 Tage auf diesem mit Liebe hergerichtetem Anwesen in einer super sauberen und sehr großen Ferienwohnung. Viele Outdoor-Möglichkeiten wie zB Tischtennis, Basketball, Trampolin werden von den Vermietern in einem einwandfreien Zustand zur Verfügung gestellt. Draußen hat man großzügige Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Pool ist traumhaft für eine Abkühlung. Auch dort alles sauber, ausreichend Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme und für die Kinder Luftmatratzen und Spielsachen für den Pool. Aber allem voran muss man die Freundlichkeit und unglaublich aufmerksame Art der Vermieter Ellen und Guido stellen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und mit Worten kann man die beiden eigentlich gar nicht beschreiben. Es sind ganz besondere Menschen und wir werden die Zeit sicher nicht vergessen.

Einfach wunderbar, das perfekte Agriturismo!

Wir haben eine Woche im Agriturismo Corte Speranza verbracht und es war super schön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut und modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge rund um den südlichen Gardasee. Ganz besonders haben uns Solferino und Valeggio gefallen. Durch die Gastgeber wird die Unterkunft zu etwas ganz besonderem. Ellen ist sehr herzlich und hat uns frische Eier von den Hühnern gegeben und wir durften den Kräutergarten nutzen und Kirschen pflücken. Für unseren 11 Monate alten Sohn waren natürlich auch die Esel ein Highlight :) Rundum ein MEGA toller Ort, um Urlaub zu machen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

What makes this property unique

We are surrounded by beautiful hills, not far from the Garda Lake, and the Mincio river. This area offers many restaurants with regional cuisine, historical places, a lot of nature. It is possible to visit a brewery, vineyard, etc.. Not far there are some famous amusement parks like Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland park. There are some MotoCross tracks nearby and the South Garda Karting track is just 15 min by car. We are strategically situated between 3 historic cities: Mantova, Brescia, Verona. Definitely, it is impossible to get bored. Great for families and couples.
