This house is ideal for a family with kids looking for upscale resort amenities or for a golf getaway trip that will accommodate 8 golfers each with their own bed or more!

Enjoy the convenience of the golf course, tennis courts, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, fitness center, saunas, hot tub, basketball and the beach shuttle steps outside the front door. There will be one corn-hole (bag toss) set available for guests to use in the attached 1 car garage.

*Please note, Bear Trap Dunes has a guest fee to access the amenities including the pool, gym, fitness center and tennis courts of $55.00 per person per week (2024). Children 3 and under are free. These passes can be shared with other house guests, but if all guests would like to access the pool at the same time, individual passes would need to be purchased.

Linen Notes: We have multiple options on supplying linens - please inquire for details. The default arrangement is that we provide mattress pads, pillows, blankets and comforters and our guests provide sheets, pillow cases and towels. You will have a washer and dryer in your home that you are welcome to use. In the event that you would like us to provide sheets, pillow cases and towels, we would be happy to do so but there would be an additional charge - please inquire for details.

Lovely house

The house is lovely and the development is terrific. Everything was exactly as described online. Plenty of room for our family. We always have a "championship" wiffle ball game, so there was room out back for that, which is a must for this particular vacation. There is a grill which is nice.

Nice house!

We enjoyed the 4th of July weekend in the house with friends. We had 3 families - which included 2 children each, the house fit all of us nicely! Had alot of cooking utensils.

Nice place but needs cleaning and maintenance

We enjoyed our stay but the place needs some attention to detail. Stains on beds and pillows, oven had a piece of bacon melted onto the glass, fans needed cleaning, floor covering under dining room table had old tape holding part of it to the floor, handles missing on dressers, towel bar in tub kept falling off. Beautiful home just needs some help!

Perfect house and beautiful neighborhood

We really had great time staying at this property. Property Owners were very prompt in responding to questions. Very spacious and clean rooms. Loved the neighborhood and backyard space facing golf course. If I have to say something that can be done better it's providing bathroom mats or rugs. It was very inconvenient to get in and out shower without the fear of slipping on the floors. Internet and streaming channels were extremely slow and were unable to use most of the time. Over all it's a great place to stay. Would really appreciate if you could address the above mentioned issues.

Fall golf weekend

Very good experience. Spacious house. Good location. Nice gas grill. Listing says linens are included, but when you go to additional information it says linens are not included. Fortunately, good communication with the owner clarified this before it became a problem. The requirement to have towels and dishes washed, dried and put away prior to check out was burdensome as we had to be out of the house by 7:30 for an early tee time.

Great Bethany Vacation

The house was clean, well equipped, and beautiful (better than the pictures). It fit our group of 4 adults and 5 children perfectly. It was a short drive to the main beach/boardwalk area. The community was very nice, although the amenity passes were pricey given that we were not staying for a full week. The only other drawback was the shuttle to the beach could take a long time depending on the line/time of day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property!

Fantastic

The house is beautiful! So much room to be together and also rooms for privacy! The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and dishware (which is also pretty), silverware and utensils. All appliances are up to date and in great condition! The living space is perfectly decorated and bright! Lighting and fans are so pretty! The bedrooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the bunk bed that is a full with a twin above is very shaky and noisy but that is the only negative review. After the first night we change sleeping arrangements and all was fine! The location is beautiful and very spacious! It was very peaceful and enjoyable! We did utilize the pool and other amenities which were great! All in all I and my family would not hesitate to stay there again! Thank you Ryan and your lovely wife! She was readily available with our only one real question and entry problem, (haha)! We cannot thank you enough! 5 stars out of 5!

fantastic place to stay

our trip was 9 adults and 5 kids from 1yo to 8 yo for 3 nights and 4 days in early July. the owners were very prompt with questions. they sent an exhaustive email with everything the house had so there was no guessing game with toilet paper, sheets, pillows etc. the house was clean, well decorated and looked much better than the pictures showed. my family was a little hesitant but were all estatic once we walked into the house. its in a quiet community. about 10-12min drive to bethany beach. neighbors were friendly. i would definitely recommend this house and the owners again.

Beautiful place. About 4 miles from the beach. The place had lots of things to cook with. We did a lot of meals at home. Bring towels, sheets, paper products, hot pad, dish towels. The community was beautiful. Walking paths and an easy walk to the pool and shuttle.

Fun family vacation

Very pretty and friendly setting. House was lovely as promised. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities, missing a few things that would have been useful(oven mitts, extra folding chairs, cooking spray). The quoted price for using the facilities was $35, but we were charged $50 apiece, which was exorbitant for three days. Location was close to beaches, shopping and restaurants and neighborhood was quiet. Would consider returning in the future.

Relaxing mid-week getaway

Stayed with extended family including 7 kids. The house was very comfortable and the owner was really responsive with any questions. Nice little community, and only 10 minute drive from Bethany beach. We were able to walk to the pool. We would stay again.
