Bandol les cyclades et distance de la mer

L’appartement aux Cyclades était bien spacieux pour deux, bien aménagé avec de nombreux ustensiles et vaisselle de qualité . Grande piscine très agréable bien entretenue. Climatisation bien utile.Un grand bémol pour nous retraités : l’accès au port et à la plage du Casino ou autres (marché) par un sentier piétonnier non signalé est bien plus loin que l’annonce le précise et chargé du matériel de plage notamment sous le soleil, c’est loin d’être très agréable. Résultat prise de la voiture et on sait ce que cela signifie à Bandol l’été - parkings embouteillages - Dommage que la publicité de l’annonce est disons surréaliste .

L'appartement est vraiment agréable et il ne manque rien. La proximité de la piscine est très appréciable et la mer est accessible à pieds. La copropriété est calme et très propre.

Avons quitté l'appartement au bout de 4 jours, avons trouvé des asticots derrière le canapé, et certains étaient vivants ! Avons pris photos et videos, et averti, agence immobilière. Pas de reponse de celle-ci depuis 2 jours. Nous allons faire intervenir le service juridique de notre assurance. Une hônte !

Une location qui appelle à revenir

Nous avons apprécié ce logement très bien agencé avzc tout comme à la maison. La clim est un vrai plus. La piscine est superbe et permet de nager. Attention aux enfants car pas pied. Nous avons été reçu efficacrmenr par l'Agence Immobilière et on nous a conduit sur place. Je recommande tout particulièrement.

Séjour BANDOL

Appartement très bien équipé et propriétaire à l’écoute de son locataire . Location à 1/4 heures à pieds du port très pratique sachant qu’il est difficile de se garer. L’agence MATHIEU IMMOBILIER avec qui nous avons eut contact est très professionnel

Le calme au soleil

Appartement ėquipé entièrement. Niché dans les mi hauteurs de Bandol, difficile de ne pas y apprécié le calme de la résidence et ses espaces verts. A recommander....
