Εξοχικό σπίτι πολύ κοντά στην θάλασσα και 10' από το αεροδρόμιο "Ελ. Βενιζέλος".
Πρόκειται για ένα ανεξάρτητο διαμέρισμα ισογείου μιας μονοκατοικίας με κήπο. Είναι πάρα πολύ φωτεινό και έχει γύρω - γύρω κήπο που είναι εξοπλισμένος με τα κατάλληλα έπιπλα βεράντας για την απόλυτη χαλάρωση. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ ζεστός και φιλικός και εμπνέει ηρεμία.
Τα δυο δωμάτια είναι πολυτελή, η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, υπάρχει wifi , κεντρική θέρμανση, κλιματισμός
βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή με πολύ πράσινο.
Το αεροδρόμιο απέχει 10' και η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι στα 5' απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο.
Ο οικοδ εσπότης είναι ευέλικτος με την ώρα άφιξης.
