Amazing place

This house was incredible for us. The view was amazing, the pool was slightly heated and nice and clean, the property had everything we could ask for and the owner and manager were great! It was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful stay

We had an enjoyable week at A & M House II. Everything was clean and new, the view is fantastic, lots of entertainment for kids and location is great for doing road trips. The pool could have been little warmer to enjoy swimming, but overall we can recommend warmly.

One of our top favorite vacation rentals ever

This property is beautiful and exactly as described. It’s truly a 10/10. We cooked here a lot. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a grocery store close by (but uphill so the walk takes effort). I’d say you need a rental car to stay here.

Amazing house in an amazing spot!!!

We just finished a week long stay and we couldn't have asked for a better base for us to explore Madeira. Alexis and Christina helped us get checked in and were available anytime we had a question, which really helped us get settled in. There was so much space for our family of five to relax, we all appreciated it after a long day. Finally the best sunsets are viewed from the pool each night. We highly recommend staying here!!!

Perfect holiday

We spent 4 amazing days at this property. The views are spectacular, the property has everything you need, we did quite a bit of cooking and everything was there, the BBQ with coals and woodfire also provided. The place was very spacious, very clean, in a good location to explore various parts of the island. Communication was good throughout, Sandra who showed us the property was very friendly and very helpful with everything. Overall it was a really special holiday, would highly recommend.

Beautiful Home in Calheta

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alex's home in Calheta. The house was exceptionally clean, we had everything we needed for a fantastic and comfortable stay, the bedrooms each had an amazing view and the pool was wonderful. The view from the patio was just stunning. We had plenty of room and having the washer and dryer was helpful. The pool table added to some fun in the evenings as well. Thank you so much Alex for letting us enjoy your home.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay close to Calheta. The house is fabulous and has a gorgeous view from the terrace. House well equiped with a nice pool, a large room with billiards ping-pong etc. Nice for families.You will need a car to drive around. Not far from the beach of Calheta and close to some famous PR paths in Rabacal. (Levada do Alecrim, levada 25 fontanas) etc. Communication easy with the owner. I recommend this place and keep the address in case of any future stay! Thanks!

Widok z sypialni na ocean okazał lepszy od zdjęć, które prezentowały obiekt. Kąpiel w basenie z widokiem na ocean i piękne Maderskie wzgórza, to coś co na zawsze zostanie w pamięci i będziemy mile wspominać to miejsce. Domek jest przeznaczony dla ludzi, którzy posiadają auto na Maderze. Z domku jest około 20min (autem) do lasu Fanal, w okolicy także można znaleźć dużo lewad. Do restauracji jest około 10min autem do mariny w Calheta. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, natomiast miłośnicy świeżo zmielonej kawy nie znajda tutaj ekspresu ciśnieniowego do kawy, jest ekspres przelewowy. Wyśmienite miejsce dla 6 osób. Dom posiada 4 łazienki z toaletami i prysznicami, także ciężko o kolejki do łazienki. Salon z wygodnymi kanapami i Tv a obok kącik dla miłośników książek. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Basen cudowny,nie zagłęboki do 2m max. także Rodzice z dziećmi śmiało mogą w nim cieszyć się cudownymi widokami. Polecamy i zachęcamy do spędzenia urlopu w tym miejscu. Pozdrawiamy Cudownych Administratorów obiektu i dziękujemy za cudowny czas na Maderze.

Tout est prévu pour passer de très bonnes vacances ! La maison est très bien équipée, très propre et très confortable. De magnifiques couchers de soleil et une piscine chauffée (testée et approuvée en février malgré le petit 16° à l'extérieur). Effectivement la voiture est indispensable, mais le stationnement est facile. Une supérette bien équipée se trouve à 2 min en voiture (plats à emporter, pains frais,...) et de nombreux restaurants à 10min. Notre meilleure location!

We had an amazing time in Madeira. The home was extremely comfortable had everything and more than you needed. We loved this home. It was hard to leave. Lovely house with breathtaking view

Our family very much enjoyed this house. It was hot the week we were there so we especially enjoyed the pool with the beautiful view. The grocery and pizza place were a 5 min walk up the hill on a footpath. Renting a car is necessary though as the taxis are in demand now. We still managed to secure them though.

Ein erstklassiges Ferienhaus, es hält alles, was in der Beschreibung steht

Ein Ferienhaus erstklassiger Güte. Alles so wie beschrieben. Das Wasser im Pool wird über eine Wärmepumpe auf 26 Grad beheizt und ist leicht salzig, um Algenwuchs zu vermeiden. Im Haus ist alles über drei Etagen verteilt. Oben die Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, in der Mitte ein großer Raum mit riesiger Küche mit Essecke, TV-Ecke und Lese-Ecke und das 3. Bad. Ganz unten der Sportraum (Billard, Laufband, TT-Platte und Kicker) mit Fenster zum Pool für die Beobachtung der Schwimmer, zweitem TV, (beide TV mit den gängigen deutschen Programmen) und dem 4. Bad. Tipp: Erst Anreisen und dann Einkaufen, denn vieles ist schon vorhanden: Gewürze, Speiseöl, Taps für Geschirrspüler und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Grillkohle und -anzünder usw. Ein Supermarkt ist keine 5 Autominuten entfernt und hat alles, was dann noch fehlt. Handtücher sind in doppelter Ausführung vorhanden. Die Betten (auch die beiden Einzelbetten sind zusammenstellbar), haben traumhafte Matratzen, allererste Güte, man schläft schon in der ersten Nacht wie ein Baby. Sandra, als Gastgeberin vor Ort, kümmert sich diskret um Kleinstreparaturen etc. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Es ist so groß, dass 6 Personen auch ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten haben, um mal ungestört zu lesen oder am Tablet zu spielen (das WLAN ist ebenso Spitze). Zwei Autos á Peugeot 5008 passen auch auf den kleinen Innenhof, wer sich den Stress des Einparkens ersparen will, kann bequem auch auf der kleinen Straße parken.
