Just completely renewed apartment in a great location to reach in few minutes all most important roman spots

The Apartment is on the second floor with lift and has two double bedrooms with wardrobe, a single bedroom,a living room with one armchair bed and a sofa,
table with seats for all the guests and tv,a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, two bathrooms with shower and a big balcony.
Our guests will have free use of air conditioning, internet wifi,heating,washing machine,bed sheets,linen,hair dryer,iron.
Tram n 8 is 5 minutes walk from the house.
The tram in 5 minutes will take you to Trastevere train station, in 10 minutes you will be in the heart of Trastevere and in 15 minutes will reach Piazza Venezia, the heart of Rome.

From Piazza Venezia can reach the Colosseum and Fori Romani in 10 minutes,Spanish steps,Trevi Fountain and Pantheon in about 15 minutes.

The house can be easily reached from Fiumicino airport using the train to Trastevere station then tram n. 8 for 5 stops ( your stop is Gianicolense/Ravizza) then 5 minutes walk
otherwise from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport you can arrive to Termini train station and from there take the bus H ( your stop is Gianicolense/Ravizza) that will leave you at 5 minutes walk from the house.
On request we can provide a pick up service with private driver (with car or van) who can wait guests inside the airport, at arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment.
Tourist Tax 3.50€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.

For check-in after 8 pm there is a 25€ extra cost.
