21 River Street Beautiful York Period Property | Pass the Keys
Located in the trendy Bishopthorpe Road neighbourhood, this charming 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom terraced property is well equipped for your stay in York.
My house offers a small outdoor space, and is pet friendly home. Please read 'Other Things To Note' for more information.
The property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer remote access with easy self check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
The house is tastefully decorated, with original fireplaces and lots of natural light.
Ground Floor
Front living room with double sofa, armchair and TV.
Open plan second reception room oozes industrial - chic. Another space to relax, which includes a sofa (turns into a single bed), armchair, a second TV and dining table. This room leads through into a galley kitchen which lights up the rear of the house. Appliances include a fridge freezer, oven, electric hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
At the end of the kitchen is a bathroom (with a shower only).
First Floor
There are two nice sized double bedrooms; one bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom. The original features continue upstairs with stripped floorboards, original fireplaces and doors.
Outside there is a small outside courtyard for use in the summer months or for bike storage.
Guests have access to the full property.
Other things to note
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
TRAVEL COT
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, and subject to availability. Please ensure you message before hand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. (I am afraid highchair requests cannot be met).
PETS
Well behaved dogs and cats welcome! An additional fee of £30 will be requested to cover additional cleaning. Please advise us if you have a pet and provide us with as much information as possible.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
