Apartment in character house with garden and swimming pool

At the heart of the beautiful village of Banon, this apartment of more than 60m ÂČ renovated fully and tastefully in a house with character with garden awaits you for a very pleasant week.
Located close to the famous bookstore of Le Bleuet and the main square of the village, it consists of a large living room dining room kitchen and two bedrooms (Two beds 90 * 200 cm in one, and a bed two places in the other). Sofa bed in the living room allowing 2 extra beds if necessary. A bathroom and an independent WC complete this accommodation.
This apartment on the first floor has all the necessary comforts: dishwasher, linen, refrigerator-freezer large capacity, oven, microwave oven, everything you need to cook and receive, television.
Its east-west crossing and south orientation guarantees a pleasant sunshine all season and a view of the garden and the old medieval village of Banon.
Possibility to park your car in the private courtyard behind the house, or in a garage on request.

You can enjoy the garden, its pool (8m x 5m) from May to September, its flowers in season and its barbecue in peace, the other apartments of the family home being very rarely occupied outside a few weeks in summer.
The charges (water, electricity, tourist tax) are included in the price.

A wonderful stay in Banon

We stayed for three weeks in Banon and had a wonderful time! The family was very sweet and helpful, and the village is lovely. We were able to visit many places during our stay and get a good view of life in the countryside. We loved every minute!

Als passionierte Hobbyköche und Genießer konnten wir so herrliche Gerichte aus regionalen Zutaten zubereiten. Wir haben uns in der modernen, gepflegten Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sie liegt im Zentrum Banons , dabei ruhig und als Startpunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die wunderbare Berggegend und die umliegenden Orte ideal. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Kommunikation mit ihm reibungslos.

Découverte de la région en compagnie de mon amie, voisine du lieu de location, un pur hasard car c'était une premiÚre visite. Tout à distance à pied: boulangerie, bouchers, marché et bien entendu la célÚbre librairie Le Bleuet. Village médiéval de Banon authentique et plein de charme.
