The La Sterlizia apartment is a comfortable and functional ground floor, where we will welcome you with availability and courtesy for a peaceful holiday.

The La Sterlizia apartment is a comfortable and functional ground floor consisting of 2 bedrooms with ceiling fan, living room, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Outside you can enjoy a fresh furnished terrace and a small space equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower, all surrounded by well-kept and luxuriant plants.
You will also find a hairdryer, washing machine, microwave oven, free wi-fi, satellite TV;
on request we provide free camping cot and high chair for children under 3 years.
At 50 meters there is a large public pay parking from June to September, free in the rest of the year;
within 100 meters you will find everything you need for your daily shopping: bakery, minimarket, fruit and vegetables, and tobacconists.
With just over 5 minutes walk you will reach the promenade where you will find bars, ice cream parlors, delicatessens, as well as the pharmacy, the post office, 2 banks and the public transport stop.
The apartment is totally independent; the internal and external spaces are for the exclusive use of guests.
