LA STERLIZIA - two-storey house

Sterlizia is a structure divided into 3 comfortable apartments:

- Casa Geranio is a ground floor with large furnished outdoor space and parking space. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a small living room and kitchen; it is equipped with air conditioner and can accommodate max 2 people and 1 small child.

- Casa Sterlizia is a ground floor consisting of 2 bedrooms with ceiling fan, 1 bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen, which can accommodate up to 5 people (the fifth person in an extra bed); outside you can take advantage of a fresh furnished terrace and a small outdoor area enriched with lush plants.
Casa Sterlizia does not have a parking space.

- Casa Saline is the first floor equipped with a large parking space;
the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms with portable fans, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room, kitchen, 2 balconies and a large and fresh furnished terrace. It can accommodate up to 7 people, one of whom is in an extra bed

All apartments have independent entrances and are equipped with free wi-fi, satellite TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer and outdoor shower to remove the sand when returning from the sea.
Within 100 meters you will find everything you need for daily shopping: minimarket, bakery, fruit and vegetables, tobacconist.

With a few minutes walk from the house you reach the promenade (Piazza Valdesi) where you will find not only numerous bars, ice cream parlors and delicatessens but also 2 banks, the post office, the pharmacy and the bus stop that takes you to the city.
The Mondello promenade extends from Piazza Valdesi (5/7 min from the house) to Piazza Mondello village; the 2 squares in the summer are connected by a shuttle bus service, while on foot they are 15/20 minutes away.
The beach is divided into several areas equipped with a day or afternoon ticket; a stretch of beach with cabins is reserved for seasonal passes (15 June-15 September), while the entrance to the shoreline is everywhere free.
On the waterfront you can admire the Charleston factory, an evocative liberty building built above the sea; a few steps from this little wonder you will find 2 playgrounds for the little ones, and a mini golf.
