Located 6km from Aléria, on the road to Corte, you will be welcome in our 210 m² air-conditioned house with all the comfort you want. Four rooms with bed 140, 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms-shower, including one in the master suite, a dressing room. A large living room overlooking the beach of the pool, an American kitchen and a TV room fireplace. You will have access to the WIFI. Outside, a flat-bottomed swimming pool, 10mx4m, salt filtering and tiled beach for exclusive use, an arbor of 4mx4m, swimming pool furniture sunbathing, a ping pong table, a barbecue are all, enough to pass unforgettable evenings. The whole is in the greenery without opposite and in peace. the property is fenced and you have parking. rental dates can be flexible as long as the stay is counted as an entire weekend.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Wir waren zwei Familien mit 2 Teenagern und einem Kind (7 Jahre). Für alle gab es genug Platz im Haus, genug Sitzmöglichkeiten und Schatten auf der Terrasse. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Die Betten sind nicht sehr stabil, bei einem war das Lattenrost lose. Die Türen solten erneuert werden, schließen schlecht, Griffe locker und sehr hellhörig. Es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass der Wohnraum zwar klimatisiert ist, die Schlafzimmer allerdings nicht. Somit muss man nachts die Türen offen lassen oder damit klarkommen, dass man bei offenem Fenster die Landstraße, die vor dem Haus verläuft, hört. Diese Kleinigkeiten konnten wir aber übersehen, denn das positive überwog. Eine schöne, große Küche, die Bäder groß und modern. Terrasse und Pool wunderbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Vermieter unglaublich nett und die Kommunikation angenehm. Wir sind tierlieb und mögen Hunde. Das ist hilfreich. Denn die Nachbarn haben einen sehr lieben, gut erzogenen Labrador (Name: Uriel). Dieser war oft bei uns auf der Terrasse zu Gast und hat sich zu unseren Füßen gelegt, mit den Kindern Stöckchen-Holen gespielt und sich kraulen lassen. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Aleria, ca 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Grundstück ist von den Nachbarn nicht einsehbar, man hat hier viel Privatsphäre. Wir waren zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Korsika.

Villa magnifique dans un petit coin au calme à 3min d'Aleria. Nous avons apprécié ces grands espaces et ça jolie terrasse avec sa piscine, sa grande table extérieure.. et sont petit salon de jardin au bord de la piscine ou la bière du pays accompagne parfaitement la charcuterie et le fromage local. L'hôte à été très accueillante et disponibles. La maison est entièrement climatisées donc les nuits sont vraiment agréables, même les journées d'ailleurs. La maison est vraiment bien situé et proches de toutes commodités. Je recommande cette maison à 100%😁😁😁

Nach der Buchung wurden auf die Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Als wir bei der Unterkunft angekommen sind, hat uns die Vermieterin sehr freundlich begrüßt, Räumlichkeiten gezeigt, da sie kein Englisch gesprochen hat, haben wir uns über einen Überstzungsapp verständigt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen Vielen Dank für so einen tollen Urlaub.

Ottima sistemazione x godere della costa est.

Case con tutte le comodità di una casa in città, area Piscina molto adatta per i bambini altezza 1,50 m. , Zona strategica per raggiungere tutte le spiagge della costa est e il Parco naturale della Corsica . Per arrivare alle spiagge Della Costa nord Un’ora e mezza almeno. Qualche piccolo ospite indesiderato (topini di campagna) anche se i proprietari sono intervenuti immediatamente. Otto posti letti in quattro camere: tre camere nella zona notte tutte vicine +1 quarta camera matrimoniale dalla parte opposta della Casa. In definitiva una location da consigliare certamente a famiglie. Proprietari molto gentili e presenti.
