Immaculate 1-Bed Apartment Cornwall with hot tub

Our spacious holiday apartment is a little bit of luxury in rural Cornwall. Nestled in the rolling hills of east Cornwall with the beaches of the north and south coast within a 20-30 min car ride. The wild and rugged moors are within walking distance of the property. With private off road parking and use of our new hot tub its a whole world away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Our apartment is a contemporary self contained holiday apartment with large bedroom and bathroom downstairs and lounge /dinning area with galley kitchen upstairs. There is a lovely private sun deck off the lounge with patio furniture.
It's an ideal getaway for anyone wanting to enjoy the rural areas of Cornwall.

Guests have access to the gardens and the paddock. They can also use the laundry facilities in the barn and the hot tub on the barn deck.

We like to interact with our guests sharing information about places to visit and tips on where to eat locally. We have lived in Cornwall for many years and know those out of the way places that make a visit magical.

South east Cornwall is a beautiful and ancient landscape with plenty of sites of historical interest right on our doorstep. Little Fursdon is a central place from which to explore the beauty of this wonderful county. The beaches are just a short drive from here so why not come and explore?

You will need a car as we are not on a main bus route.

Guests are welcome to use the garden and all the facilities offered here. We ask that guests do not smoke in the apartment but they may smoke on the decks. At the end of your stay we would like you to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition, with all rubbish bagged up and placed in the hallway for disposal. We have a recycling system in the apartment that is labelled for easy use.
We do accept pets by arrangement but we have a policy of not allowing any pets on furniture or beds.
