The house has air conditioning in all rooms, making it perfect for escaping the heat. It also has a fireplace for those cooler evenings.
The property has a large 30 m2 terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and unobstructed views. The 600 m2 garden offers an ideal space for children to play safely.
The location is ideal for families, in a rural area just 6 km from Cala Saona beach and 300 metres from the centre of Sant Francesc. Other beaches such as Ses Illetes, Es Pujols and Ses Playetes are also within easy reach.
