At 50 mt. from the pedestrian promenade to the sea, with shops, restaurants, pubs, stalls with typical products of the island handicraft. The apartment is tastefully furnished, the kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer in column, 4 plates and electric oven, ducted air conditioning in every room. The condominium, recently built, has an elevator that goes down to the garage floor with a private parking space reserved for the apartment.
