Corinne, I'm really sorry that your holiday has not been fantastic as we always hope. It's the first time in so many years that this has happened, we have never received such a feedback.. You are perfectly right, the house is near others, in a building with 4 apartments, and there are several others buildings. Our house usually is very quite, as it's the last one, and we have never had such a problem with the other guests of the other apartments, and i'm sorry that somebody has been so noisy during your stay. We tried to provide also with Manuela our best effort to make your stay pleasant, also being very flexible on the house checkin and checkout rules, and to provide support to you during the stay. We have also contacted our neilborough, to try to fix the situation, but it's difficult to fix these kind of issues that are not directly related to our property.. we will try to specify better also the Village contect, that is not a village de vacances, as all the houses are owned by private people, and hopefully also the photos show exactly the context. Probably also the translation of our annouce by VRBO on french sites has not been so precise, we will check it, but we will try to fix also the description to be more and more precise. However, i hope that your only problem has been just this rude guests that was in the apartment aside, while all the rest hopefully has been really great as appreciated also by all our previous guests, that often are also coming back again to our home. Really sorry for this inconvenient. Paolo
