Room with kitchen corner (equipped with dishwasher) and sofa bed (one and a half size), double bedroom, bathroom with shower, private veranda with dining table, private and extremely well-kept garden (weekly gardener). Beach reachable on foot in 5 minutes, with a short descent from the Village. Golfo Aranci distant a few kilometers, reachable by car. Village located in front of the Tavolara island. Possibility of access to a restaurant inside the Village.

Beautiful property with nice view

Manuela, Daniela and Paolo are super friendly and helpful. The house and garden are clean and lovely decorated. Kitchen inventory includes everything you need. All in we had a great stay and would come back again!

Wir waren insgesamt nicht wirklich zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Für 180,- pro Tag kann man definitiv mehr erwarten. Es fing schon damit an, dass die Putzfrau am ersten Tag erst um 18.00 Uhr mit der Säuberung der Ferienwohnung fertig war, obwohl um 17.00 Uhr Check in angesagt war. Man muss morgens um 10.00 Uhr die Wohnung verlassen, da kann man doch wohl erwarten, dass 7 Stunden später 50 qm geputzt sind. Dann war der Schlafzimmerschrank kaputt, so dass wir teilweise nicht an unsere Kleidung gekommen sind. In allen Ferienwohnungen rundherum standen überall bequeme Liegestühle auf der Terrasse. Hier leider nicht. Wir haben 12 Tage auf völlig unbequemen Holzstühlen gesessen und hatten hierdurch entsprechende Rückenschmerzen. Der Terrassentisch ist dermaßen dreckig, dass man ihn ohne Tischdecke nicht nutzen konnte. Der Fernseher war in allen Sprachen nutzbar nur nicht in Deutsch. Beim Fönen sollte man vorsichtig sein, wenn man gleichzeitig auch noch die Spülmaschine anstellt. Dann fliegen alle Sicherungen raus und man muss ( nach Anweisung ) ein paar Häuser weiter laufen um die Hauptsicherung wieder reinzudrehen. Leider sitzt man auf der Terrasse direkt neben dem Nachbarn. Die Terrassen sind nur durch eine Bastmatte getrennt, so dass der Lärm aus der Nachbarwohnung kaum zu ertragen ist. Insgesamt können wir diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen, da das Preis Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht passt. Da haben wir für wesentlich bessere Wohnungen viel weniger bezahlt.

Appartamento bellissimo molto curato , pulito e dotato di tutti i servizi.La vista é la cosa magnifica della vacanza.Spiaggie vicinissime sia a piedi che in macchina con mare cristallino.La Signora Manuela che ci ha accolto é sempre stata disponibile in tutto, complimenti anche ai proprietari.

Magnifique séjour à Terrata, Appartement juste exceptionnel, une vue magnifique, très calme avec tout de parfait pour passer des vacances reposantes.Plage à proximité paradisiaque et beaucoup de magnifiques plages autour. Zwei schöne Wochen

Wir haben zwei sehr angenehme Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Den übrigen positiven Schilderungen, insbesondere der Wohnung, ist nichts zu entgegnen. Hilfreich ist vielleicht noch zu wissen, dass sich das Appartement innerhalb der Feriensiedlung „Terrata“ befindet. Eine gepflegte Siedlung mit dem Charme der 80er Jahre. Wir fanden es ganz nett. Hin und wieder kommen und gehen Gäste anderer Wohnungen vorbei. Mal kommen die Gärtner. Von Ferne hört man die abendlichen Animationen des Colonna Villages. Aber alles dezent und unaufdringlich.

Wir kommen wieder :)

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub hier verbracht. Das Appartment ist wirklich toll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist grandios. Und auch der nahegelegene Strand (10 Minuten zu Fuß) ist einfach perfekt. Anfangs waren wir etwas überrascht über die große Anlage, aber das Appartment befindet sich in letzter Reihe und es war wirklich ruhig.

Un accueil parfait mais juste un petit réajustement au niveau de l annonce… ce n est pas un village mais un village de vacances ce qui n est pas du tout la même chose et ce n est pas une maison mais un appartement dans une maison avec 4 appartements et des dizaines d appartements autour . Si vous avez la chance d être dans une période calme c parfait sinon cela peut vite être L ENFER . Aucune discrétion du voisinage et pas mal de nuisances. Par contre la mer et la plage à côté est très agréable.

Sempre una garanzia

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questo gioiellino di casa. Dalla fase di prenotazione a quella di check out tutto è stato perfetto. L’appartamento ha una vista che definire spettacolare è riduttivo. Daniela e Paolo sono due proprietari attenti e premurosi, aiutati da Manuela e la sua famiglia, un riferimento sicuro sul posto. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort ed è vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Consigliatissimo!

Vista incantevole

Bellissima vista su Tavolara e sull’isoletta di Figarolo. Casa e giardino accogliente e curato. Ottima pulizia. Manuela gentilissima, simpatica ed efficiente. C’è anche la cala di Terrata e altre intorno raggiungibili con una passeggiata (un po’ di saliscendi ma fattibilissima). Auto indispensabile per negozi ed altre necessità… comunque in Sardegna bisogna girare perché piena di spiagge una più bella dell’altra. Una splendida vacanza nell’isola del mio cuore.

Tolles Apartment mit super Ausblick

Das Apartment ist super und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man im Alltag so braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist unbeschreiblich. Und Manuela hilft einem vor Ort immer weiter :). Alles läuft super unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Danke für die tollen 10 Tage.

A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words!!

We chose this property because of the great view, patio and beautiful garden. The owner and her representative were helpful and we appreciated the fresh bowl of fruit on arrival. We spent an enjoyable two weeks travelling all over northern Sardinia. The property is in a convenient location to get groceries or to go to the restaurants in Golfo Aranci, about 10 minutes by car. About a 10 minute walk to a nice little beach below the apartment.

Tutti dovrebbero avere una vista mare

Siamo stati ospiti per due settimane a metà agosto in questo incantevole appartamento, accolti da Manuela (i proprietari Daniela e Paolo ci hanno assistito da remoto :-) ) , con un grande sorriso e una squisita gentilezza, che ci ha immediatamente ristorati dal viaggio. La casa è ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, pulitissima e curatissima, ma quello che davvero rende questa abitazione gradevole, è la veranda con una spettacolare vista sull'isola di Tavolara e il lussureggiante giardino circostante. L'abitazione, nonostante sia dotata di ogni confort, è molto fresca e anche il villaggio in cui si trova, è silenzioso. Il posto per l'auto è vicino all'abitazione, basta scendere solo poche scale, anche perchè l'auto è indispensabile per poter arrivare in centro e alle spiagge (dimenticavo dal villaggio si può accedere ad una spiaggia attrezzata). Il nostro bambino è stato a suo agio, i proprietari mettono a disposizione attrezzatura da spiaggia da giardino e giochi, e nostro figlio ha ricevuto anche un piacevole regalo dai proprietari. Siamo stati coccolati e seguiti nelle nostre esigenze costantemente, con attenzione e discrezione, e questo ha contribuito nel rendere la nostra vacanza serena e spensierata, proprio come dovrebbe essere!

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben 10 Tage den Urlaub dort genossen. Die Umgebung ist super, kurzer Weg zum wunderschönen Strand. Man ist sehr nahe um viele Orte wie Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci, Olbia oder die Costa Smeralda zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein Auto zur Verfügung was in Sardinien fast ein muss ist. Der wunderschöne Ausblick von der Terasse werden wir noch lange vermissen. Wir bedanken uns für die tolle Betreuung durch Daniela und die herzliche und hilfsbereite Art von Manuela. Es war uns eine Freude und wie empfehlen diese Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.

Wonderful view and perfect stay

Die Wohnung bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf Isola Tavolara und den Golf Aranci. Insgesamt ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über einen grossen schönen Garten. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10min zu Fuss. Daniela und Manuela waren bei Fragen immer sofort präsent und behilflich. Kleiner Tipp zum Essengehen: La Capricciosa in Golfo Aranci Uns hat es sehr gefallen!!

Per una vacanza da sogno.

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questa graziosissima villetta dotata di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, ecc..) e tutto è stato perfetto. La casa gode di una posizione strategica per le spiagge vicine, il panorama è mozzafiato e il parcheggio è vicinissimo. Il giardino curatissimo rappresenta davvero un plus insieme con la verandina allestita per pranzare/cenare. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
