Fantastic holiday

Lovely views and a property that is all about the outside living - think the site should be more accurate on how many steps to the beach it is and also think the site should suggest the property is not suitable for elderly or people that are not very mobiles, beyond that we had a fantastic time.

Fantastic villa in a beautiful location

We had a wonderful holiday in this Villa Domi and Carine were excellent hosts, great communication, very friendly and sorted anything out immediately. The Villa was extremely clean and the pool was fabulous. We had a brilliant time and it was a great base to get to Olbia, the beaches and the airport. 10/10 would most definitely recommend

Would have loved to stay longer...

We spent one week of vacation in the beginning of October in Philippe's villa and it was just great! Starting with Carine and Dominique (our local hosts) being so kind and approachable, the fantastic view, a very clean and well kept villa in a quiet surrounding...superb!

The view is amazing. House was clean when we arrived, and pool was kept clean by a very friendly pool man. Great location, the beach is fantastic and not too far away from the ice creams.

Outstanding home with amazing views and pool

We stayed at Porto Istana for 10 days and it was an outstanding experience. The home is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The pool area, BBQ and outside living space is absolutely perfect…not to mention the VIEWS! It is possible to walk to the beach - a bit of a distance but we did it many days. There is a great bar called Geko that serves cocktails and great pizza / lunch. You will not go wrong choosing this home!

Fabulous villa with wonderful views

Thank you for a wonderful stay, everyone was so helpful both before our stay, during our stay and afterwards. The pool is amazing and the views are outstanding! Sadly our infants left two much loved cuddly toys when we left but these are kindly being posted to us. Thanks to you all for making two young children very happy.

Overall lovely stay, beautiful views and peaceful location. Only couple of things to feedback, listing stated oven but kitchen only had mircowave or small air fryer. As others mentioned recycling and rubbish was very complex and would have been good to have some guidance written in English. We couldnt work out where to drop it, and the man who let met us didnt speak much English.

Magnifico panorama

Abbiamo appena trascorso una stupenda vacanza presso la villa del sig. Philippe, che è situata su una collina a Porto Istana, per cui si gode sempre di una piacevole brezza anche quando le giornate sono molto calde, la piscina poi è stupenda, esposta tutto il giorno al sole quindi l'acqua ha sempre una giusta temperatura.......la comunicazione con Carinne e Dominique è stata eccellente... esperiamo di poter tornare l'anno prossimo!

Wonderful Holiday

Clean and well kept property with lots of outdoor space and a fantastic pool. Responsive and straightforward check-in process (despite our slightly late arrival). Dominique and Carine were great. Accurate description of online of the property (see photos within listing). Philippe was responsive and helpful with all communication. Property is in a convenient location within 15 min drive from the airport in Olbia and 5 mins from beaches, shops and restaurants. Located at the end of a private road with security access and a lovely view of the bay around Olbia. Overall a wonderful property and excellent holiday which was aided by Philippe, Dominique and Carine’s assistance. Merci pour tout.

Beautiful Place to come down and enjoy life

We spent wonderful 12 days in Mr Paris' house. The location and the beautiful scenary was fantastic. The pool and the house with the different terraces invited us to stay and relax, enjoy breakfast and dinner. The house is beautifully furnished and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are tasteful. The kitchen was well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The different beaches and bays were a dream, the sea turquoise blue. The restaurants were excellent, especially the fresh fish and pizza. The communication with the property managers Carine and Dominique was absolutely nice and we were very happy for the really nice chat we had during our stay. Abbiamo trascorso 12 giorni meravigliosi nella casa del signor Paris. La posizione e la vista sul mare sono fantastiche. La piscina e la casa con le diverse terrazze ci hanno invitato a rimanere e a rilassarci, a goderci la colazione e la cena. La casa è splendidamente arredata e pulita. Le camere e i bagni sono di buon gusto. La cucina era ben attrezzata e non ci mancava nulla. Le diverse spiagge e baie erano un sogno, il mare blu turchese. I ristoranti circostanti erano eccellenti, soprattutto il pesce fresco e la pizza. La comunicazione con i gestori della casa, Carine e Dominique, è stata ottima e siamo stati molto felici di averli conosciuti. Se avevamo qualche domanda, potevamo sempre rivolgerci a loro. Das Haus ist toll auf einem Hügel gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Golf von Olbia aus dem Wohnzimmer. Von der Dachterrasse kann man zur anderen Seite die Isola Tavolara sehen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Verwalter vor Ort reagieren spontan. Alles top!

Douceur de vie

Ce fut un séjour sublime dans cette maison récemment rénovée dans un domaine privé, bénéficiant d’une vue sublime sur le golf d’Olbia et un inlassable coucher du soleil. La maison est très bien équipée et les prestations de haute qualité. La piscine est très belle et complémentaire de nos escapades en sur les très belles plages environnantes. Nous avons été gentiment accueilli par Dominique, et la communication avec le propriétaire était fluide. Je recommande cette maison sans hésiter.

Traumhafter Pool mit schönem Haus

Wir hatten zehn tolle Tage in diesem Haus. Der grosse Pool ist gepflegt und bietet zu jeder Tagesezeit einen entspannten Platz. Der Rest vom Haus ist wie beschrieben. Die üppige Ausstattung auch an herkömmlichen Lebensmitteln und (neben Abfalltuten, Spülmittel etc. auch Salz, Pfeffer usw.). Porto Istana ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in Sardiniens Nord-Osten.

Posto incantevole

Siamo stati la prima settimana di luglio in questa bellissima casa situata su una collina vicino a porto Istana con una magnifica vista sul golfo di Olbia e sull’ isola di Tavolara. La casa è molto bella e ben attrezzata, la cucina è praticamente nuova, le camere sono arredate con gusto e 2 camere su 3 hanno il bagno privato accessibile dall’ interno della camera. Il giardino esterno è ben tenuto ma, la perla di questa casa è la sua piscina. La persona che gestisce il check-in è il check-out, è molto gentile e disponibile. La casa dista circa 5-10min di auto dalla spiaggia di porto Istana e dalla spiaggia delle vecchie saline. La casa è disposta su più livelli, quindi le scale non mancano. Con noi avevamo 2 cani e la casa è ben recintata. Si gode di un ottimo relax. Consigliata.

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ein Traum zum entspannen. Alles in allem war es ein Super Urlaub mit der Familie.
