Beautiful apartment located in the part of the old town of Seville, Barrio Santa Cruz. The building is a typical old Seville-style house that has been recently renovated. It has very high ceilings with wooden ceiling beams. A well designed, light and spacious lounge with a dining table that seats 4 people. A high quality and comfortable sofa. The living room, as well as the whole house, is the perfect place to rest, read, watch TV or whatever you want while resting at home after visiting the vibrant city. It has 2 rooms. The main room is very spacious and has a high quality queen size bed (150 cm wide), very well designed with built in wardrobes, without a doubt a perfect place to rest. The second bedroom is very beautiful and also has a quality bed and perfect for 2 people. The kitchen is brand new and is equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. It also has a dishwasher and washing machine for the use of our guests. In the living room you will find a nice and comfortable sofa, TV and dining table. WIFI. It has a washing machine in the kitchen and its use is free. You just have to enjoy it! It is an ideal place for couples with or without children and friends.

I’d pass next time...

Our arrival in Seville was very frustrating due to a lack of communication with the landlord. Emails were sent days before announcing our arrival times etc. but we’re never answered. Luckily the address of his “tourist” business was on the VRBO confirmation notice so we taxied there. No one about but after awhile I located some employee who was able to contact the owner to get keys etc. So...another taxi ride to the apartment. Landlord said he was phoning us to our home phone, we didn’t have roaming nor a Spanish SIM card. My patience was at an end after a 14 hour flight from western Canada. Some “tourist” business. Why give out an email address if you don’t use it? Location was great and the charm and pace of Seville was outstanding. Lovely city.

Rigtig fin beliggenhed, ikke lagt fra seværdighederne. Super flink og hjælpsom udlejer. Lejligheden trænger til lidt kærlighed. Brusekabinen er ved at falde fra hinanden, men der kommer dog fint med vand ud af hanerne ;) Alt i alt, et ok ophold, men langt fra det bedste jeg har boet i til prisen i Sevilla.
