In a hilly area planted with vineyards with a beautiful view, a few km from Trento and Bolzano, a newly renovated apartment in the house of two residential units; ground floor with independent entrance and garden; it includes 3 bedrooms (1 double with bathroom and walk-in closet, 1 double and 1 with 2 single beds); 1 bathroom with shower and 1 service bathroom; large living room / kitchen. Equipped garden.
Free private parking.
Kitchen and equipped bathrooms. Bed linen and towels provided.
On request cot and high chair.
A guest card is provided which offers free entry to several museums and castles in the city and free use of means of transport.

Amazing property!

We loved our stay at the Lavendar and Rosemary Cottage. Annalisa and Antonio were wonderful hosts, helpful, friendly, and available. The cottage was cozy and so well stocked, we didn’t lack anything. The views from the cottage are amazing and the location is very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend for a getaway! We hope to return!

Beautiful mountain cottage with incredible views!

We loved staying in this charming cottage in the beautiful countryside near Trento and not far from the Dolomites. Unfortunately the weather was rainy, but Annalisa offered some great suggestions for us. I would highly recommend staying here and I would come back again!

Amazing

This was the most amazing place to stay. Downside was leaving! It was upgraded, clean, quiet and had amazing views of the Italian Alps. The owners were so kind and accomodating. They live on the property, and know the area so well. I would come back and stay here every visit.

By mistake I ticked 4 out of 5 stars for house rules; needless to say I didn’t mean to but when I tried to go back and correct my mistake I wasn’t allowed to. Peaceful spot in a remodeled XX century convent

Take a XX th century convent that has been added onto but been in the family for generations. Remodel the interior of the lower floor, preserve the exterior and views, and the result is one of the best places we'd ever stayed in. AMAZING!

Sehr schöne Wohnung.

Self Check-In hat super geklappt. Gastgeberin war sehr nett (wohnt in der oberen Etage). Der Whirlpool der abgeben war ist nicht vorhanden. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Fernseher sind schon etwas älter.

Ein sehr schöner Ort

Wir waren im Januar zu viert dort. Sehr freundliche Betreuung, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die wirklich um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht sind. Das Haus ist groß mit großen Bädern und Schlafzimmern, fantastische Aussicht mitten in den Weinbergen romantisch gelegen. Nur das Wohnzimner war im Winter nicht wirklich richtig warm zu bekommen, aber das hat den schönen Urlaub nicht beeinträchtigt

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im rosmarinhäuschen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und lässt nichts vermissen. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Berge ist toll. Auch an heißen Sommertagen ist es in den Zimmern angenehm kühl. Die Vermieter standen mit vielen guten Tipps bereit. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend.

idyllisch im Weinberg

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral und idyllisch in den Weinbergen. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Verschiedene Sitzplätze um die Wohnung ermöglichen jederzeit ein sonniges Plätzchen. Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, sehr gute Kommuniakation mit der netten Gastgeberin!

Wonderful cottage with beautiful views

We - family of 5, 3 teenage children, spent a very nice week in the wonderful cottage. Beautifully situated on the hill, overlooking the valley, with stunning views. Very pleasant place to stay, very nice combination of ancient house and modern interior with all comforts. Very pleasant contact with the owners/hosts. A true reccommendation if you look for a pleasant and beautiful base to explore the Trentino region.

Hoch über dem Tal - mitten im Weinberg

Sehr schön renoviertes Appartment - ausgezeichnete Lage mit sehr schöner Terrasse und Aussicht. Bei der Renovierung wurden die antiken Stilelemente schön mit modernen Akzenten kombiniert. Die Wohnung hat alles zu bieten was man benötigt. Gute Tipps und herzliche Betreuung seitens der Eigentümer. Top !

An absolute steal

The photos do not do justice to this property. It is a very large, brand new, lavishly appointed cottage. The views of the vineyards and valley are wonderful, the location is very convenient and the host is charming and very helpful. We, a family of six, had a great time and cannot wait to come back.

Beautiful Cottage

Lavender and Rosemary Cottage is a true gem. True to the name, we were surrounded by lavender and rosemary. The views from all the windows and the outside eating areas were absolutely stunning. The rooms are beautifully appointed and recently renovated. There is a lot of attention to detail nd for the comfort of the traveler. The linens and soaps are all top quality. Annelisa is a wonderful hostess. Due to unforeseen circumstances we arrived at 1 am. Annalisa and her husband were on the road waiting for us. Unfortunately our stay was far too short we would have loved to stay longer. Perfect oasis for the safety traveler.

Wir durften als erste Gäste die Ferienwohnung nutzen. Die Lage bietet einen wunderschönen Blick über das Tal. Die Wohnung ist modernst eingerichtet als Umbau eines alten Bauernhofs. Das Vermieterpaar ist absolut zuvorkommend und gibt auch Auskünfte über das Rundherum von Lavis. Wenn es sich ergibt, werden wir diese Wohnung gerne wieder mieten.
