Why they chose this property
This property has been handed down within the same family for quite some time. It is the original site of the historic Bleu Baie Tavern. Bleu Baie Lane was originally the narrow gauge railroad bed that transported dairy products and logged trees to SFBay and then to San Francisco.
Prior to the need to build San Francisco this area was home to the Coastal Miwoks for thousands of years.
Bleu Bay Cove is the permanent home to Great Blue Herons, Snowy White Egrets and numerous other types of shorebirds and waterfowl.
