An iconic construction in the entrance of Oitylon Village, this traditional Mani Tower with the spacious rooms, beautiful outdoor setting and a large swimming pool, is a perfect proposal for families and large groups who wish to discover Eastern Mani, one of the fastest emerging touristic destinations in Greece!

Large, spacious living room with a fireplace, a 46'' flatscreen TV with cable channels & NETFLIX connection, and a large desk/workspace.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove& stovetop, kettles, coffee maker, espresso machine)
A guest bathroom lies next to the entrance of the ground floor.

Upper floor
Moving inside the hallway, there are 2 queen bedrooms (one has a private balcony) with flat screen TV's, ceiling fans and A/C, and a traditional bathroom with a shower cabin.

Going up using the internal wide staircase, one finds 4 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms: 1 Bedroom has a queen bed, 2 bedrooms have 1 queen and one single bed, and one bedroom has 1 queen and 2 single beds. Three of the bedrooms have fantastic spacious private balconies, offering breath-taking views of Oitylon bay and the surrounding landscape

Outdoor setting
The property has a very beautiful and diverse outdoor setting, offering views of the Oitylon village, the sea, and the surrounding mountains. The 45sqm swimming pool with the hammocks and the sunbeds offers moments of relaxation and the bbq&mini bar can serve as an excellent starting point for either family or friendly events.

Très bon séjour dans agréable maison

Nous avons passé cinq jours très sympa dans cette belle maison très spacieuse. La piscine a enchanté tout le monde. La région du Magne est magnifique. Nous recommandons chaudement cette maison.
