New for Summer 2019. Located in the beautiful Scottish town of St Andrews, our apartment is a recently renovated Victorian flat just a 2 minute walk from East Sands and a relaxed 10 minutes stroll to the centre of the town. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people over three bedrooms and offers an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, a family bathroom, cloakroom and shower room. A private garden to enjoy outdoor eating and entertainment and on-street parking are also available.

The apartment is accessed via the rear of the Victorian terrace, where a private porch leads to stairs to the accommodation which is all located on the first floor of the building.
There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king size beds, with one featuring sea views across East Sands. The third is a smaller double bedroom.

The living area is bright space with two sofas and an arm chair. A Smart Tv is available with access to Netflix. Free WIFI is available throughout the apartment. The kitchen area is well equipped with a cooker and integrated fridge and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, toaster and kettle. All the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay are provided. There will also be basic cupboard supplies such as tea, coffee, salt pepper, oils, spices etc for you to use. There is a dining table and chairs in the kitchen area, perfect to enjoy a relaxing meal.

The family bathroom offers a bath with over the bath electric shower. In addition to the main family bathroom there is a small shower room accessed via the laundry room which has a walk- in shower with rain fall shower and wash hand basin. There is also a small cloakroom which has a further WC and wash hand basin. The laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer and a larger fridge freezer should you wish to stock up.

The private garden at the rear of the house has a picnic table and BBQ to allow you to enjoy outside dining when the weather permits and a further seating area with firepit to allow you to enjoy the garden even on a chilly night!
