Waterfront with lovely sunny balcony 1-bedroom, livingroom & big kitchen

Bright and beautiful apartment with balcony located next to the waterfront in a nice and quiet area, just 20 min by local transportation to Stockholm City.
Perfect location to all that Stockholm has to offer, calm and relaxing nature, parks, water and forests which are all around the corner. 300 meters to the swimming dock.
A large kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave
All modern amenities such as TV, wifi and washing machine
The bedroom as a 120x200 bed and an extra mattress could be added if required
 
Close by you have the well known park called Vinterviken with garden cafe, swimming, botanical garden, several paddle tennis courts etc. it is about 5 minutes walk
Beautiful long walk around the waterfront right below the apartment with different swimming docks. You can also take public transportation by boat around the corner which takes you straight to the city hall in less then 18 min.
Small center of Gröndal 6 minutes' walk which offers nice cafes, restaurants, a grocery store, library, playground, etc.
The mall of Liljehomen is just 2.5 km away with approx 100 stores

A real pleasure

The Holidays in Stockholm were the best time for years. The surrainding around the flat is nice, nearby is a park and the sea. We started nearly every day with a 15 minute ride into the center of town. Backwarts we use the Underground trains an a bus. Very easy. The weather was very fine around 23 degrees. Better than the temperature in Berlin. We visited Gamla stan an a few museums. and a Concert at Konserthuset as well. I hope to come back next year.

Camilla hat uns sehr, sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie ist jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Schöne Abendspaziergänge oder sich nochmal kurz im Wasser abkühlen sind nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt möglich. In einem kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Man kommt mit Bus und UBahn oder dem Boot schnell in die Stadt. Es lohnt sich aber auch vieles zu Fuß zu machen, um tolle Ecken in der schönen Stadt Stockholm zu entdecken. Jederzeit wieder!!!!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist toll ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig! Die Umgebung richtig schön. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut zu erreichen.

Ruhige Lage und gute Anbindung an die Stadt

Schöne Unterkunft, gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, alles da, was man braucht. Herrlich, direkt mit der Fähre in die Stadt zu fahren oder am Ufer zum Bäcker zu laufen . Camilla ist sehr entgegenkommend und flexibel. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Es war eine perfekte Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen und alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Ich kann diese wirklich sehr weiter empfehlen. Die Lage traumhaft. Auch Camilla als Gastgeberin ist perfekt, sehr freundlich, tolle Tipps und immer ansprechbar sowie unheimlich hilfsbereit. Also, bitte daran denken, frühzeitig zu buchen. 👍🌻🍀

Eine Oase der Ruhe mit besten Anbindungen zur Innenstadt

Ein besonderes Kompliment an die Gastgeberin Camilla. Es war täglich einfach schön aus der Hektik der Stadt in diese Oase zurückzukommen. Sehr sauber, in einer für uns Top-Lage. Morgens wenige Minuten zur Fähre in die Innenstadt oder auch stadtauswärts Richtung Tappström. Abends meist per U-Bahn und Bus, da doch flexibler und gut für umfangreichere Einkäufe. Nahe der Wohnung sind ebenfalls gute kleinere Einkäufe möglich. Wunderschön für uns die Wanderungen am Abend entlang des Ufers. Den Park Vinterviken eingeschlossen kann man fast endlos am Wasser gehen oder auch über die felsigen Hügel steigen. Wir haben uns in den 1,5 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Beste Ausstattung. Es war einfach alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Camilla war ausgezeichnet. Sie war jederzeit verfügbar und hat uns sehr interessante und gute Tipps gegeben.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen in perfekter Lage.

Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, ruhig an einer Sackgasse gelegen, sehr sauber und mit allen praktischen Dingen ausgestattet, die man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und sofort mit guten Tipps versorgt. Am meisten haben wir die perfekte Lage und Anbindung zur Stockholmer City genossen. Badestrand, Bus, U-Bahn und Schiffsanleger sind fussläufig erreichbar. Besonders die Fahrt mit dem Linienschiff direkt zum Rathaus in der City ist toll. Wir hatten über die SL-App ein günstiges 7-Tage-Ticket gekauft und konnten damit die gesamte Umgebung erkunden. Bei der nächsten Gelegenheit werden wir Camilla auf jeden Fall wieder als Gastgeberin auswählen. Bis dahin können und werden wir sie jedem ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen!

Ruhig und doch zentral

Für uns war es die perfekte Lage. Direkt am Wasser. Man kann in die City bequem mit der Fähre (fährt aber nicht häufig€fahren oder auch mit dem Leih E-Scooter. In der Nähe ist ein tolles Parkgebiet mit Badestellen,Ausleihe für SUPs und Kanus sowie Biergärten. Wir mochten das sehr. Die gut ausgestattete Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten.

Great apartment, with all facilities available!

Great place to stay, with great kitchen (cooking set, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine), TV (incl.Netflix), media (we could play our Spotify with Bluetooth on a great Bose player), extra bedroom for our daughter, proper bathroom. We rented a car, and got the tip for a parking app, Betala P. Thanks! Some days we struggled to find parking place. Thanks for the great stay, we saw even less of Stockholm because we stayed longer in the apartment :-)
