The amenities around the resort were awesome! Unfortunately when we arrived none of the beds were made up. There was food leftover in the freezer and there weren’t any clean towels. Overall we had a pretty good experience, beside these things.

Clean, updated furnishings, gorgeous counter tops and not cluttered. Would love to know the brand of mattress for the queen bed (I forgot to check before leaving) because it was so comfortable and I’m speaking as someone with a bulging disk in my back! So comfortable!!

Locked out in the balcony

We enjoyed our stay other then being locked out in the balcony for almost 2 hours. Nowhere did it state that the door to the balcony was a self locking door and would only open from the inside. I was out there with my three kids all under the age of 5 in 103⁰ weather. It was a nightmare we had water bottles thrown up to us since we were on the 3rd floor to make sure we stayed hydrated.other then that little hiccup in the trip it was nice. A little dusty under the beds is all i noticed that wasnt clean.

Older and DIY Updated, but comfortable

Older condo resort, but lot’s of fun amenities (couple of pools, basketball and pickleball, rec center). Condo itself was not huge, but plenty of places to be. Older but updated (although very DIY - functional, but kind of sloppy). Didn’t actually have king sized bed as advertised, but had queen, bunk, inflatable and a pull out sofa (also not advertised). Nicely furnished (table would have been nice but not sure where they would have put it). WiFi was a joke (couldn’t even watch tv without constant buffering, let alone stream anything — this was New Year’s Eve, so maybe everyone else was staying in to watch the ball drop as well, but other days didn’t seem a lot better). Parking was also a completely inadequate - no “designated” spot for condo, and not nearly enough “general” parking (literally had to park 4 parking areas away- had to park in handicap to unload and then pick-up/drop-off game. Glad we brought scooters). Excellent response to mechanical issue with door lock (reported, and fixed in couple of hours). Overall, solid 4 stars. Issues mostly were surmountable.
