Situación del edificio y limpieza. Equipamiento correcto. Amabilidad del personal. La máquina del aire acondicionado: demasiado ruidosa y molesta. Deberían de acompañar a los clientes al apartamento. Revisar que no falte nada: no había bombillas en las lámparas de mesillas en un dormitorio. Dar más opciones para la ropa de cama según la época.

Ya conocíamos los apartamentos, pero este año se ha mejorado con la instalación de un lavavajillas, lo que nos ha sorprendido muy favorablemente. El equipamiento, en cuanto a menaje de cocina y mobiliario es sencillo, pero completo y adecuado para la estancia de las 3 semanas que lo hemos ocupado. Únicamente hemos tenido algún problema por el retraso con los cambios semanales de ropa, que se ha solucionado con rapidez después de una llamada telefónica

La ubicación, el apartamento en sí, la organización de la empresa,... Para el nivel de apartamentos, estaría muy bien que cambiaran los colchones (mi marido y yo estamos con lumbago desde que volvimos). Renovar pequeños detalles (alcachofa de la ducha, toallas). Darían mucha mejor calidad al apartamento.

Hemos disfrutado de una semana alojados en un apartamento del cual nos llevamos un grato recuerdo. El apart. estaba recientemente actualizado y nos hemos sentido muy cómodos en el. La conexión wifi fallaba constantemente.
