Refurbished to an extremely high standard! Paraiso Mar has excellent facilities including indoor/outdoor swimming pools (children’s pool), mature landscaped gardens, cocktail bar & restaurant with free wifi, 24 hour concierge & a lifeguard during the summer. Situated on the award winning Levante Beach. The Calpe Ifach (Calpe Rock) is 300m away next to the great Calpe fishing harbour/marina. The marine promenade is just in-front of the apartment where there are plenty of bars/restaurants of mixed prices. Supermarkets are within walking distance. A bus stop is right outside the apartment to take you into to Calpe town which is a 20 minute walk away approx. Calpe town is still very traditional with a great old town by the church. Plenty of golf courses a short drive away. Details can be given.

My husband & I live in Poole in Dorset and have a little girl Charlotte who just loves Calpe. We lived in Calpe from September 1994 until September 1998 as I worked for Banco Santander in Altea. We loved our time living and working in Spain and still enjoy going back there several times each year, but when my contract with the Bank came to an end we decided to return to the UK.
Why they chose this property
We have owned property in Spain for the last 25 years but bought this one I am now advertising in Jan 2004. When we lived in Spain we lived in Altea which was great but not as good a location for holidays. We already owned a two bed apartment in this block but when our daughter came along felt we'd like something a little bigger. The location of this is great. There are no roads to cross to get to the beach which is amazing and so safe for children and the indoor pool means it can be used all year round. The apartment is spacious unlike many I have been to and has a really big balcony. It is like home from home for us. I really hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
The location couldn't be better. If you want to hire a car you can but if you don't want to it really doesn't matter. There are plenty of bars/restaurants and shops right outside the apartment. Plus reliable public transport.
The sun shines on the balcony all day but because the apartment has the balcony on two sides there is always some shade if needed.
