Great position on the sea front. Beautiful views from the apartment. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Very helpful staff in the reception. Very satisfied...can’t think of anything.

The apartment was clean and tidy

Apartment in front of the sea. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. Everything was good but with kids there should be no glass furniture (example wood tables are better)

Surely also for your children- Yes, it is true that a wooden table is more comfortable when there are children. We have flats where the tables are not made of glass. Can't fault it

Location, service, cleanliness, very well equipped for a short stay. My apartment could benefit from a new showerhead and an adjustable height slider for small people. It's not important, but since you asked for comments, I don't like the wall art!

Excellent accomodation with easy access to the beach

Quiet, sea views, large balcony, good beds, near to supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. Bus stop at end of road. No mirrors whatsoever in either bedroom and no hairdryers...! No cloth left for kitchen, nor washing up liquid etc. Just a little to get us started would be very beneficial.

Hipocampos Apartment Feedback

Loved the Apartment for location and big terrace with great views of the beach, nice bars in area, excellent restaurant Regata worth a visit slightly more money than others but service and food lovely. The apartment couple things double bed mattress little uncomfortable and in shower could do with small shelf for shampoo, shower gel etc. But overall a great place.

Perfect spot for my winter break

I return every year to this apartment as do a number of my friends. There are no surprise costs, more inclusions than reasonably expected and practically instant service if anything goes wrong - which it seldom does. A well equipped, immaculately clean and front line property near to supermarkets and shops, but away from crowds and noise (N.B. this is in the winter season when I visit). Good access to public transport, whilst Calpe itself is still a walkable distance away. Difficult to fault this place! Could do with instruction manuals for some things, e.g. central heating/air conditioning system.

Absolutely no serious complaints, but just a few niggles.

Spotlessly clean apartment with comfortable beds, comfortable seating both inside and outside, good WiFi, a range of modern appliances and a large balcony. The aspect was exceptional and the whole building cleverly designed to offer great views together with individual privacy. The management were easily accessible and very helpful and I greatly appreciated their kind Welcome and New Year gifts of bottles of wine. Nice surprise! The kitchen had the essential equipment needed for a short Summer stay, but this was too minimal for longer term Winter rentals, where more serious cooking/baking will be done. Therefore, I had to buy various kitchen gadgets for this (kitchen scales, measuring spoons, mixing bowl, sieve, bakeware etc.) and then leave them behind, only to buy them again next year if I return. I would have also appreciated information in the apartment regarding their change of linen routine. Because I did not know this, I ended up spending 16 of my 19-night stay with the same bed linen and towels and only got fresh linen for the last three nights. As I say, these are just niggles to help with feedback - not complaints! Overall, very satisfied. Thank you.

El estado general de las instalaciones y el apartamento y su ubicacion Los colchones de las camas estan en mi opinion en mal estado, son blandos y se unden, es la unica pega que tiene el apartamento

Magnífica ubicación y buenas instalaciones

La ubicación, las magníficas vistas, limpieza de las instalaciones, equipación del apartamento y la tranquilidad de la zona en el mes de junio La equipación del apartamento es muy buena. Lo único que encontramos tremendamente incómodo es el sofá. No lo utilizamos mucho, pero los cojines se deslizaban hacia abajo y era imposible sentarse cómodo. Su aspecto desentonaba con el resto del mobiliario del apartamento, que estaba estupendo

Lo todo estuve muy fino, excellente servicio y ayuda del personal. Piscina, parking y lo todo estuve bueno. La falta unica fue, que nuestra jornada de vacaciones no podia estar mas grande hay que trabajar un poco... !Mata los todos mosquitos!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Calpe Rent Apart verbracht. Die Mitarbeiter von Calpe Rent Apart sind außergewöhnlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt und bei Fragen wurde sofort weitergeholfen. Die Apartments sind perfekt ausgestattet und Blitz sauber. Wir haben für den Spätsommer 2023 bereits reserviert. Una estadía perfecta

Su ubicación frente al mar, muy cerca andando de calas pequeñas y del sendero ecológico de Benissa. Un punto estratégico para visitar Jávea, Calpe, Moraira y alrededores. Trato con el staff excelente. Enhorabuena. Muy satisfechos. Sería bonita una pequeña renovación, un aire más minimalista y actual. Lo que más me ha dado pena fue no disfrutar de las vistas en un cómodo sofá, el que hay no lo es... Todo lo demás muy contenta y con planes de regresar.

La ubicación es ideal y las vistas muy buenas al mar, tanto en el comedor como en la habitación con la cama de matrimonio, no se si era por la falta de vecinos pero ciertamente por la noche no se oía más que el mar, Todo estuvo bien

Apartamento muy completo y bien equipado, con muy buenas vistas. Está todo muy bien. Por decir algo, estaría bien un perchero/zapatero en la entrada, y una mesita en la cocina.

Encantados con volver a disfrutar de Calpe , con sus apartamentos.

La situacion privilegiada de los apartamentos Hipocampos, se puede mejorar si te quedas con los de la escalera 1, mucho mejor vista. Pero ha estado muy bien. Y la atencion del personal , inmejorable. Sin dudarlo regresaremos. Todo perfecto.

En la escalera 1, solo se encuentran los apartamentos de 3 habitaciones, por lo que cuando son apartamentos de 1 o 2 dormitorios deben ser los otros portales.
