Free WiFi included. 2 bathrooms, one with WC and shower the other with WC and shower/bath. 1 mile from the spectacular Moraig beach and the Granadella Natural Park. Within 15 minutes drive to the Arenal beach near Javea and the El Portet and Moraira beaches. Good road access to Alicante, Benidorm and Valencia.

The host was excellent in his communications, the view from the Villa is spectacular.There is adequate space and plenty of storage space and equipment. It is well placed for trips to Javea and Moraira. The poolside area is well equipped and perfectly positioned in the sun.Having visited the villa )and others of similar size/cost) in previous years, we feel some of the kitchen equipment and bedroom furnishings are in need of a revamp, (only one of 6 stereo speakers works - we tried everything) but are still adequate for use.We were previously informed that the pool light was broken, but were surprised to find some areas of pool tiling had dropped off, and the pool wall surfaces had not been cleaned correctly. The handover staff told us this was residue from our suncream! Further investigation showed it was mold, and throughout our stay the pool cleaner did not remove this. Our water clothing was subsequently stained with this residue.Various tiles had dropped off the wall as well. It may be difficult to make renovate pools during season with high turnover, but at the least it should be clean, and customers should not pay for premium facilities and be frustrated through operational requirements/deficiences. This was our only disappointment, and it did not affect the holiday in this villa. This review is intended as a nudge to keep standards up, but the villa was a perfect place to holiday.

Wonderful villa with spectacular views. The pool was a good size and depth and looked after by a lovely guy called John. The villa was clean and bright with great views from inside and had everything needed for our stay. We all needed a recharge after a very busy year and this holiday certainly did the job.

Fabulous villa great location

Myself, my husband and our 2 teenagers had a great stay at this villa. Well equipped and stunning views. You need a car to drive into Javea and Moraira. Would stay again!

Excellent villa with spectaculaire view

We enjoyed 14 days in this fantastic Villa. We loved the villa and the view. The villa was nice and clean at our arrival. Good service from the owner when something needed to be fixed. We could have wished for a outdoor shower and much better wifi. You need a car if you stay here - unless you really enjoy hiking in the hills. We give this place our best recommendations.

Two week stay August 2013

Had a lovely two weeks stay at this villa. It was a lovely clean property with amazing views and in a very quiet area. The only down side was that we had a problem with the water which took two days to rectify and it would have been nice if the property manager had contacted us on our arrival instead of us having to ring them. Also it does mention a garden which is very overgrown. An outside shower would be nice.

Dear Ruth, I am sorry that you had problems with the water supply. There was low mains pressure in the area in August due to high demand and I did warn you of this in a message on your day of arrival. Unfortunately this appears to have been compounded by a faulty pressure reduction valve which we did not know about. Once contacted, we arranged for an emergency visit from a plumber and a new valve was fitted which I am pleased to see rectified the problem.

Super location, super views, and well equipped villa.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would thoroughly recommend this clean and well equipped villa. The villa had everything we needed ... and more. We very much appreciated the notes which were sent beforehand and helped us to plan out holiday. A car is essential as the property is located high in the hills however, you don’t get a view like that a sea level! We ignored other reviews which suggested you take your binoculars - and wish we hadn’t! We were amazed how the view changed each day. Beautiful ! Although the villa is on a large complex , it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away however parking is a little hairy ( !) and we found Javea beach a much more relaxing experience - it’s very busy but there is plenty of room and the sandy beach makes it ideal for families. The restaurants there are also very good- both by the beach and in the old town. Great communication with the owner- we can’t fault this accommodation!

Fantastic!

We have just returned from another fantastic stay at this wonderful villa. The views from the terrace are simply stunning. The villa was a great size for our family of 4, enabling the kids to have their own rooms and a separate bathroom to us. The TV room was mostly used by the kids for gaming, they took their devices and were are able to connect to the great new smart TV via HDMI. The villa is perfectly located for easy access to local supermarkets, plus the nearby towns of Moraira and Javea. A car is essential. There is no private driveway, but parking was never a problem outside the villa. A really quiet area, there was little noise from neighbours. The villa has all the amenities you could need, we took our own inflatables etc for the pool, but there were a couple of lilo’s etc already there, perhaps left over from previous guests. There were also beach mats, a parasol and a cool box, which we did use when visting the beach. Lots of storage for clothes in each of the rooms, and plenty of hangers, bedrooms all a nice size too. The pool is lovely, it is deep, but not a problem for us. We really had a lovely time and thank the owners for everything they provide in the villa to allow their guests a comfortable stay. We hope to be back for a third visit soon!

A wonderful holiday in a very nice villa with stunning view to the sea!

The Villa in Cumbre del Sol is situated in a very peaceful area, no drive through traffic, place for your car or two by the street just beside the Villa. The view from the very large lounge as well as from the terrace is just stunning. The swimming pool is big enough even for adults and, as we were there with our grandchildren, they could have spent all days just in the pool. The Villa is very functional, three bedrooms each for two persons plus a TV room with a sofa that changes to a two-persons bed.The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook there all meals if you like. Everything was very clean. Eight persons could easily eat by the big table in the lounge but we preferred to eat on the terrace where there also was a big table and eight chairs on top of the eight deck chairs to just relax and take sun. The villa is a pearl among the many holiday houses our family has rented in many countries in Europe. So where to go if you want to see places around. Moraira is worth of visit a couple of times - and definitely on Friday mornings, when there is the big weekly market on the Public parking area. We visited also Denia and its castle - less than an hour´s drive from the Benitachell Cumbre del Sol area. And even closer is Javea with nice beach restaurants. Between Denia ja Javea is the the Cap de la Nau with fantastic views to the Mediterranean see south, east and north and a lighthouse. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday in this very nice Villa!

Wat een fantastische ervaring hebben we gehad in deze prachtige villa! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, wisten we dat dit een bijzonder verblijf zou worden. Het uitzicht op zee was werkelijk adembenemend: elke ochtend wakker worden met de zee als eerste aanblik, en genieten van de prachtige zonsopgang boven het water, maakte dit verblijf alleen al de moeite waard.Het privé zwembad was smetteloos onderhouden en heerlijk verfrissend, perfect gelegen om zowel privacy als een prachtig uitzicht te combineren tijdens het zwemmen. Daarnaast bood de locatie een ongelooflijke rust, ver weg van de drukte. Geen verkeerslawaai, geen buren die storen, alleen de geluiden van de natuur en de zee, ideaal om volledig te ontspannen.Ook de voorzieningen in huis waren van hoge kwaliteit: een volledig uitgeruste keuken, comfortabele bedden, wifi en airconditioning. Niets ontbrak, en alles werkte perfect. Tot slot was de eigenaar ongelooflijk gastvrij en behulpzaam. Vragen werden altijd snel beantwoord en er werd echt meegedacht om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken, wat een groot verschil maakte.Kortom: een villa die alles biedt wat je zoekt voor een perfecte vakantie. Van harte aanbevolen.

Séjour très agréable dans un quartier très calme, la vue est incroyable et la maison très propre. Elle dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter des vacances, la piscine est très propre également. La vue de la fenêtre du salon est magnifique. Les commerces sont proches et nombreux.

Buena Ubicación de Propiedad. Espectaculares vistas. Piscina bien mantenida, estaba cristalina. Cocina bien equipada. Todo funcionando perfectamente.Hemos estado a gusto y apenas hemos utilizado el aire acondicionado. Había una brisa constante. Buena televisión aunque sin cadenas Españolas salvo un día, no la hemos puesto. Si volvemos a la zona de vacaciones repetiríamos.

Prima huis! We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Wel enkele tips: bij een groter gezelschap zou een kastje in de badkamer met de douche wel prettig zijn, evenals haakjes voor handdoeken in de badkamers& keuken; per slaapkamer 2 nachtkastjes & 2 lampjes; een parasol op het terras; extra afvalbak voor plastic; beter passend onderlaken voor de masterbedroom; glijviltjes onder de eetkamerstoelen; bedbank in tv kamer ligt niet lekker; een dienblad ontbrak.

Großartig!

Wir haben uns als Familie mit 3 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Begeistert sind wir auch von den klimatischen Bedingungen an dieser Lage. Es wehte immer etwas Wind und kühlte die warme Luft angenehm runter. Die Ruhe und der Weitblick haben unsere Batterien sehr schnell wieder aufgeladen und den Stress vergessen lassen. Das Haus entsprach absolut den Beschreibungen des Eigentümers. Alles funktionierte und es war nichts defekt. Wir haben das Haus sauber übernommen und das ist für uns sehr wichtig!

Aussicht TOP - Haus ?

Gut und Erholsam! - ...jedoch verbesserungswürdig ist WLAN, ausreichend Wasserzufuhr (es kann immer nur einer Duschen und bei Poolbefüllung niemand!!!), vermisst die Reinigung nach 7 Tagen! Total verdreckt war der Ofen -->wurde nach Beschwerde Grundgereinigt! Insgesamt ist die Lage traumhaft, aber das Haus, Möbel, etc. sind in die Jahre gekommen!

Magnifique vue mais loin de tout

Très belle maison. Il est dommage que rien ne soit accessible à pied. Ni les commerces, ni les plages. Vaisselle sale rangée dans les tiroirs et les placards due à un filtre de lave vaisselle "immonde". Dommage, tout les reste était propre.

Why they chose this property

I love this part of Spain for its unique combination of excellent climate, stunning sea views and great food. It is very easy to get around with no traffic jams and easy parking. Cumbre del Sol is a quiet residential area untroubled by road or aircraft noise and yet it is within a few minutes drive of lively seaside towns such as Moraira and Javea.

What makes this property unique

I designed this house myself, ensuring that the kitchen, main reception room and three bedrooms benefitted from the exceptional sea view. The fourth bedroom/TV room is deliberately at the back of the house, well isolated from the terrace so that guests can enjoy a relaxing evening on the terrace, overlooking the sea and untroubled by noise. In 2025 we undertook renovations to the property with a new (grey) terrace, extension of the privacy wall along one side of the terrace and installation of a shower with warm and cold water on the terrace next to the pool. We also built an owners apartment underneath the property. This will not be occupied during your stay. You will have exclusive use of the property. There is free parking on the road outside the entrance to the house.
