Also just 600 meters further are numerous shops, restaurants and general doctors. The distance to Denia is about 10 km. Just a few kilometers away there are 2 golf courses.

This charming villa in Els Poblets offers a perfect balance between modern interior design and a large sunny garden with multiple outdoor terraces. Special attention has been paid to detail, including high end amenities such as central heating, air conditioning, fireplace in the living room, fitted kitchen with quality appliances, electric awning and much more. The interior walls have been plastered with high quality fine plaster, and the professional lighting design creates a gallery-like atmosphere.

Enjoy the sun and panoramic views of the saltwater pool and majestic palm trees from the spacious outdoor space (note: the jacuzzi is private and not available to tenants). The layout of the house includes 3 bedrooms distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a guest bedroom with its own bathroom with shower, while the upper floor houses the other 2 bedrooms with 2 additional bathrooms. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and balcony offers magnificent views to the Segaria mountain.

Très belle villa

La villa est exactement comme dans l’annonce. Maison très propre et bien équipée. Seule chose qui n’est pas indiqué dans l’annonce l’électricité est en plus de la location. La gérante de la maison est très réactive si besoin

Fabulous Villa

We stayed here JUL19. From the outset, communication with Stefanie was efficient and prompt. The villa looks good in the advert and on arrival it was above expectations. Having rented many properties over the years in Spain, I would consider this to be the best. It is very well equipped in every aspect. The gardens are spacious and the swimming pool is also generous in size. During our stay we encountered a problem which was quickly resolved by Stefanie and the owner of the villa highlighting the very good customer care. The villa location has good access to local beaches and the AP7 motorway. There are some restaurants within walking distance but a car is recommended if you wish to explore Denia area further. Overall I have no hesitation recommending this villa.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

We are very disapointed because we wanted to rent this villa for the summer. We send 7 emails and NEVER got an answer...until 10 days later to say that it is unavailable!Of course it is!!If the agency takes 10 days to respond to emails don't expect anything... Weirdly it was still available the night before that email...

Traumvilla

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Villa in Els Poblets angetroffen. Frau Zimmer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir waren 6 Personen und 2 kl. Hunde, es hat uns ans nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung des Hauses war tob,die Zimmeraufteilung super, alles war vorhanden, genau so wie beschrieben im Text.Die Außenanlage war ein Traum, sehr gepflegt und man hatte schattige Rückzugs orte. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles HG

Traumhaft ruhige Ferien

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung und Fotos aus dem Inserat treffen voll umfänglich zu. Unsere Familie hat sich in den zwei Wochen wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet und zuvor kommend. Die Lage ist optimal, um ruhige Ferien mit der Familie zu verbringen. Im Umkreis von wenigen km befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strände. Die Gegend eignet sich auch ideal, um sich mit dem Fahrrad zu bewegen. Wir würden Jederzeit wieder kommen und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
