Charming self catering holiday cottage sleeping up to 16 guests with a private indoor heated swimming pool and a large private garden.

Located in the heart of the Peak District National Park offering panoramic views over the Hope Valley and Castleton and its famous Caverns and historic Peveril Castle.

Situated right in the heart of The Peak District National Park makes us a fantastic base from which to explore the huge array of activities and places to see that are offered by the area.

Twitc-hill Farm Self Catering Holiday Cottages is a family run business with over 25 years experience aiming to provide guests with perfectly located Self Catering Cottages within the beautiful, breathtaking Peak District setting.

2x double rooms.
2x twin rooms.
2x family rooms (1x double, 1x single).
2x single rooms.
4x bathrooms in the cottage.
1x shower/toilet in the swimming pool area.
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and extra freezer space.

🏊‍♀️ Indoor Swimming Pool – Important Information

Please note that use of our indoor swimming pool is not included in the accommodation price.

The pool can be booked for private use at £25 per 55-minute session.
All sessions must be booked in advance, with availability opening 3 weeks prior to your stay.

Each booking provides exclusive, private use of the pool for your group during your allocated slot.

Parking spaces for up to 6 cars available free of charge (no reservation is needed)

Located in the centre of the Peak District National Park offering panoramic views over the Hope Valley and Castleton and its famous Caverns and historic Peveril Castle.

Easter Weekend Break

The cottages were fantastic. A great location close to the nearby village with pubs, restaurants and shops. The kids loved the indoor pool, and the surroundings were beautiful. Sophie was a great host and easily contactable if we needed anything at all, will definitely be back!

Excellent place for a chill weekend

This place was just what we wanted, there was 14 of us so we had both cottages. The cottages are spacious enough for all of us to sit in either living space. The views and walks are amazing and the owners are on hand to resolve any minor issues that you may have. Would definitely book again.

Large family get together

We rented both of the holiday cottages for our family members (15) The cottages have everything you need for a great holiday weekend. The pool is brilliant and our grandchildren were in it constantly, they absolutely loved it! A great base for walking, easy walk down into Hope, more challenging on the way back! Overall an excellent place to stay. Sure we will return.

Lovely Place

We had a great experience while staying here. We had booked the two cottages for my mum's surprise birthday and I have a large family. This was a great place to do this as there was a pool which entertained us all and enough space that you weren't in each other's space. It had beautiful views and a hiking tail right on the doorstep for anyone interested in a lovely walk. It wasn't far to get to local shops/bars/pubs. I would stay here again

Mums 80th Birthday Family Celebration

Lovely welcoming cottages linked together at the top. Could adequately group together in one lounge for get together’s. Pool was a fantastic addition . Great walks right on our doorstep. Back garden was disappointing as astroturfed. We had a fantastic weekend and loved the Hope Valley area.

60 th birthday party

Fantastic views and accomodation spotless had everything you needed. The weather was terrible but certainly didn't spoil the fun and laughter we all had. The pool made up for the bad weather certainly got exercise in and the beautiful walks close by. There were 16 of us good value for the money. Certainly recommend it to anyone having a celebration or weekend away, stayed three nights. The village is quaint and we had an Italian at the 15.30 restaurant hospitality, food and service excellent. Excellent location for all ages and feel very refreshed and relaxed after the break.

Fantastic family holiday in a beautiful location

We rented both adjoining cottages for a family holiday for 14 people. The cottages are well decorated and equipped and there was plenty of room between the 2 cottages for everyone. The pool is fantastic and we used it several times a day - we could hardly get the children out of it! The cottages are in a wonderful location for walks and we had a lovely meal at the local Cheshire Cheese Inn in Hope.

A great stay

Good value and a great location for walkers - halfway up the walk between Hope and Win Hill. We had both cottages for a large family weekend celebration. Accommodation is functional but very clean - kitchen well equipped - beds comfortable. Pool larger than we expected and quite warm - children loved it!
